I went her for a quick bit. Wasn't really busy after 2:30 the waiter came to ask my drink. When I was ready to order he passed me 2 times and said one second or be right back after tending to empty tables. I remembered the BEST IN THE WEST WAS DOWN THE STREET. SR. TEQUILLA and they sure did take good care of me. Always remember people have options. If u don't want to work go home.

We visited this restaurant as a group of nine, and unfortunately, our experience was marred by the rudeness of our server. There were two Spanish speakers in our group, and on several occasions, the server mistakenly referred to one woman as a boy. Even after we corrected her, she continued to do so. Additionally, she referred to another member of our group as a “kid,” and despite being informed that she was an adult, the server persisted in calling her a child.

The overall treatment we received was disrespectful and dismissive, to the point that I ultimately decided not to order any food. It’s disheartening to be treated this way, especially when we wanted to support a local business. It’s unfortunate that such experiences can leave a lasting negative impression. Kindness is free, and we hope the restaurant staff can reflect on the importance of treating all customers with respect and courtesy.

I was very excited to give Los Reyes a try, but after dining in, I won't be back.

I have been wanting to try the buffet, so I did so this time. There were lots of options - hard and soft tortillas, various meats, a salad bar that includes toppings such as cheese, guacamole, and salsa. The buffet was priced decently and the food wasn't bad.

I am giving the establishment a 1-star due to service, or lack thereof. The service was awful - the person managing my table didn't pay attention to my table until we had been there for at least 20 minutes. Once they finally started giving us service, it was actually just to rush us out of the restaurant. We were not there very long, and felt rushed enough to leave early. I even told them that I was still getting dessert, but they felt the need to start clearing the plates at my table and giving me my bill before my meal was even finished.

I would have given a better review if the service had been better. If you're looking for a decent buffet for a fair price, I'd say Los Reyes is an okay place to go. However, if you're looking for good service, I wouldn't come here.

We visited this restaurant while we stayed in Charleston, and it was soooo good. The food was great, the service was fast, the atmosphere was lively, and it was a busy day for a Tuesday afternoon. We'd love to go back when we return.

My husband and I decided to eat here on 10/8/2024 because we had eaten here before and enjoyed the food. The food is not the problem. Our meals were delicious. However, sitting near the bar and listening to the bartender (we think manager) having a conversation with other guests about how he/they hate "faggots" made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I'm certainly not telling people how they should think or feel about any issue, but to say it publicly and in your restaurant is unprofessional and shows the ignorance of the person saying it. Needless to say, we will not be returning. I'm not asking for acceptance, but a little professionalism and couth. We'll be letting our friends and family in the LGBTQ community know what happened as well as our friends and family not in the community that support us.

This place really was a let down. Food was horrendous AND overpriced. I spent $100 on lunch. Never ever have I achieved that at a Mexican restaurant . Normally they have reasonable prices

.. I ordered a speedy Gonzales and 2 kids meal along with a marg (Pine-sol) taste ? All this was during the hours of the lunch special. My kids let the burger grow fuzz as its taste was
. Peculiar. My food (a beef taco and beef enchilada) tasted strange also. Can almost 100 percent say it was not beef. Super confused by all the raving reviews.
