Cutest sweets shop ever! Loved the ice cream we got (brownie chunk and banana pudding)! We came in close to closing time & were greeted and served with a smile! Would love to try the sweets in the display next time we visit! Would recommend 10/10!!

Cake was gross, crumbled easily, didn’t look the way I wanted it to, and a waste of my money. I’ve been getting cakes from yall since I was 15 (4 years ago) and I never had a bad experience till now. I wanted to pick it up on Feb 4, but they screwed it up and I had to get it 2 days after my 3 year anniversary. They screwed up a cake last year with my cousin’s baby shower. I guess they aren’t as good as they used to be. Will not be coming back.

I'm not sure why I have never reviewed LB Sweets before because I am as regular a customer as I dare to be while also not really being someone who eats a lot of 'sweets' The store is small and it's easy to overlook how abundant their selections are! I love what they call "Slice" and they have the best ice cream (and special order ice cream cake) anywhere. But, today it was about the Gingerbread chocolates. They are only available Nov-Jan and are eye rolling good- especially paired with red wine after dinner :)

My personal go to when I need a dessert in a pinch (bc the daily offerings that you can grab and go are generous size) BUT I have placed several orders for special occasions (flourless chocolate is our favorite but the key lime cake and the Boston crème are good too) As a personal assistant I highly recommend this place and have never been disappointed. However I ordered this dessert for a second time (first was for our office anniversary and it was a beautiful presentation as well as tasted amazing) . This one also forour office but a smaller celebration. I picked it up yesterday and when she opened the box I said “why does it look wonky?” She said “sometimes it just comes out of the pan wrong” . For $45.34 if something “comes out of the pan wrong” and doesn’t look like your usual quality then re-do it. The flavor was still amazing BUT it was under baked in the center and that is why it was not holding up coming out of the pan.

Awesome bakery, everything we brought was simply amazing. Was visiting from Ohio and found this gem!! That pecan sticky bun I ordered was divine. I'll be back for that alone. The cookies were melt in your mouth. The prices are very reasonable. Can't wait to go

Stopped in after a meal at The James. Shocked at the stock in the display cases. They offer so much I had a tough time deciding. I walked out with two eclairs and caught a glimpse of a Hummingbird cake. A favorite but could never find a company making these. I'm so happy to have them here. The young lady behind the counter was happy and very helpful. A pleasure to talk to. I'll be back.

Just found this place. This is absolutely amazing spot. It's a true bakery & ice cream place. Super friendly & helpful staff. Best part is while we're looking at deserts they are cooking up stuff for the next day. The decor & ambiance was great so you walk in you can smell the fresh bakery going. We got a bunch of stuff which they all tasted amazing. The key ones is the key lime pie, carrot cake & eclair. All absolutely amazing. The ice cream was delicious as well as the raspberry sorbet. This is a gem of find.

So glad we chose this ice cream place out of all the others in Charleston while on vacation. We got Nutella ice cream and it was sooo creamy and delicious, not overly sweet either. Definitely recommend!
