This is a great wine bar! Eric knows his wines and is super enthusiastic about all of them. The nice thing is that you can taste any wine for a couple bucks before you settle for a full glass. Eric is super knowledgeable and helpful picking something you like. We had a great time here.

Absolutely the best location. Fantastic staff who did what they could to keep you comfortable despite having the main elevator down for replacement Everyone was friendly The rooftop bar had great cocktails and a fantastic view. Easily in walking distance to the historical sites

Sadie in Valet was amazing, even when I told her we were okay with taking our bags to the room (had two small kids as well) she went above and beyond. She lead us to our room with a smile and good conversation. I just wish I got her cash app so that I could leave her another tip. The gentlemen at the front desk in the mornings, was also amazing he made sure that we were able to get breakfast from the cafe after one of the servers said that they where closed and told use we had to go upstairs for brunch. However, the server that we had at the cafe was amazing as well going above and beyond for us. Overall, the experience was amazing and you can tell the staff takes pride in working here.

The grand bohemian wine bar is the place we have been looking for. So many wines to try either by the glass or the ounce. The service was top notch and what will have us come back for more. We were told that they also have live music 4 nights a week. The food was expertly prepared and was paired with the perfect wine. Next time we have to have the oysters with some champagne.

My amazing stay began at this beautiful property began the moment I arrived at the front desk. Noah greeted me warmly and welcomed me with a flute of champagne. His gracious hospitality & professionalism were on display the entire trip. Brunch at the roof top restaurant was delicious and was enhanced by Bonita’s impeccable service. Overall, the Grand Bohemian in Charleston is an amazing property with excellent staff that exceeded my expectations and made me wish for a longer visit.

Great room. Rooftop bar, Eleve was incredible. The staff was willing and ready to assist. A pool would be great. But I understand the premium on space. Easy walking distance for most sites of interest.

Poor service from the customer facing staff needs to improve dramatically before I would stay here again. Arrived around midnight from a late night flight into Charleston and parked the car with the valet. I used the app to order the vehicle so I could attend a business luncheon. I texted a half hour before I had to leave to give enough time for the car to arrive. I kept receiving text responses that the valet could not locate my vehicle. I went down to the valet stand, which was not staffed, and waited. A person (assuming management of some sort) said that the valet was getting a vehicle but should be back in 10 minutes. Apparently the reason they could not find my car is because it was not entered into the system when I arrived. In any event, I was late for my meeting not thinking I needed 45 minutes to get my car from the valet. They did offer to credit me one night of parking. The main elevator was not working so had to take the freight elevator, walking through the laundry and employee areas. I understand that things break, but not a great way to present the hotel and no word on when it would be repaired. I tried taking the stairs, but all of the stairwells lead to the outside. Instead of coming out to a floor or lobby, it dumped me into an alley behind the hotel. Some signage would have been nice to people know that they will exit outside or into an alleyway. Finally, I tried to order room service and used the QR code in the room to get the hours and menu. The website said that you could order up until 10pm. I called at 9:50 and was told that they take the last order at 9:45 (not according to the hotel’s own information). The front desk was not very helpful and just said the kitchen is not answering. No attempt to go to the kitchen and place an order. She said I could use the employees vending machine to get something to eat. For a $400+ / night hotel, this was not the service that I expect. Further, since we were walking through the employee areas, I got to see the the Kessler Collection values, which include going ‘above and beyond’ and ‘offer alternatives’, none of this happened. Obviously, a management issue at the hotel in training front line employees. On a positive note, the housekeeping staff was excellent They did a great job and were very professional.

Staff is very friendly and attentive and food at both restaurants was amazing. Hotel is in a perfect location close to everything. Our room was very clean and the bed and pillows were the most comfortable ever.

The hotel was beautiful and the front desk staff was very nice! We stayed for one night and enjoyed our stay. We were able to walk through the gallery in the morning and were offered drinks for our trip back from the front desk staff. The hotel was very clean, starting from the lobby to our room.

We enjoyed a wonderfully spacious room filled with Kessler amenities which were lovely. as well as Plush bathrobes and slippers. The staff excelled at offering conveniences. The art gallery, wine bar, staff, and entertainment made this venue a perfect location for our vacation headquarters.

After a horrible experience at the airport with a car rental agency and a 2 hour delay of getting to the hotel, we were greeted immediately by our valet Sebastian. He told us he would get a luggage cart and would meet us in the lobby with our luggage. We did not receive an upgraded room, but our room was lovely and spacious. Loved being offered champangne and water at check-in. Sebastian accompanied us to our room and shared important information. We did not take advantage of the amenities; one of the reasons we need to return for another longer visit. The property is very nicely appointed. We loved the artwork throughout the property. It's centrally located to a lot of things. Oh, yes, we ordered breakfast via room service and you can't go wrong when you order the Southerner Bowl, Forager Bowl or Chia Pudding they all were amazing. Lastly, I loved how the hotel reached out via text messages throughout. Our stay to make sure everything was satisfactory. Great experience! We enjoyed our first visit

From the moment I arrived, was greeted with warmth and great attitudes. Ra, the valet was first rate and took fantastic care of me. Monserrat and manger Chris help me resolve the incorrect booking into your Charlotte property rather than a Charleston property. They were both fantastic with taking care of me and my family. Your staff in the grill or restaurant area we’re also on top of their game and served us well. We really enjoyed the room and the entire facility.

I really enjoyed how quiet, clean, and ideally located this hotel has been. The service has been excellent. Personally, I like to walk around new cities and this location allows excellent access all around the historic district and beyond. I also recommend the room service for dinner for one night at least!

This hotel was in a good location , the rooms were nice , there was a hotel bar . The customer service was good . There was a decent gym I used every day . This hotel was in a convenient area . It was decorated with fun art . I was with three friends for the weekend . We were happy with everything.
