WOW!!!!
Never have I eaten such quality and flavorful Korean food….I enjoyed this place more than any other restaurant while visiting.
If you do not try them you have made a mistake on your trip.

While initially ordering, I was told by the employee that the restaurant was out of kimchi so I could not order the kimchi jjigae. This should have been my sign to leave, but I ordered the soondubu jjigae (sides included multiple types of kimchi btw, not sure if the employee at the counter knows what kimchi is).

The soondubu was the most bland Korean food I’ve ever had in my life. No spice or flavor whatsoever, the broth honestly looked and tasted like mop water. Not sure if the cook forgot the gochugaru but the food was insanely bland. I would definitely not come back to this restaurant, especially for how much they charge for food.

Nice staff, fast service, a bit pricey for the portions you get, but it was good.

The food is good and reasonably priced. There was a small mix up with one of the appetizers we ordered but it was quickly rectified and all the food took less than 15 minutes to come out
Food ordered: miso soup, Green Onion Pancake, Beef Bul-Go-Gi, chicken Bul-Go-Gi

Absolutely amazing! Chicken bowl was delicious. I WILL be returning. I WISH we had a place like this closer to Summerville. Mama Kim’s, looking for a second place? Come to Summerville. You would kill it!!

Way too salty. I support small business and love Korean food and I hope this feedback is helpful.

Looks can be deceiving! This place from the outside didn’t look too inviting, but the menu sounded good so we have it a try! The inside could use some sprucing up, but the service and food were good!
We ordered the meat dumplings (absolutely delicious!) and the filet and mushroom rice bowls! The bowls were good, but man were they salty! If it wasn’t for the over saltiness , they would have been phenomenal!
The staff were kind, the service was fast! I do recommend, but it is salty!
I forgot to get a picture of the dumplings, but they were so good!

I ate the grilled bulgogi with white rice and vegetable mondo. It came with the usual Korean side dishes. The food was delicious and the service was great. This restaurant will be one of my regulars when I am in Charleston.

All around an amazing location. Food was incredibly seasoned and flavorful. Definitely an authentic Korean restaurant. I got the spicy pork bowl and loved every bite. They are also offered in the Off-Campus Meal Plan so that is definitely a bonus. Loved every second of it and I will be going back!
