My wife called and they were rude and disrespectful!
Ordered food at 9:30pm and never received my order…. Called about 10 times and was left with elevator music for 6 minutes each time and then the phone would hang up. Will be disputing charge on my card since they never got back to me… decided to get dominos instead:)

Never order delivery. Some other family will enjoy your meal . I've only had 1 successful delivery from this location. Just pick up your pizza. Your kids will starve waiting on their deliveries
I can understand outsourcing to door dash but to order 2 pizzas only to get a pretzel and loaded fries from another restaurant all together is ridiculous
Been on hold for over 17min with the store...
If I don't get a refund I'm calling corporate bc I've got the receipts and evidence so please try to screw me over so I can get pizza for life
In the past this place has been good, however is absolutely horrible now. Was told 30 min delivery. Notified via email pizza was ready at 6pm. Called at 650 pizza still at restaurant said they had no drivers. Offered to come pick up if they would recook. Was put on hold for 20 minutes then told by girl that it was already on the way. Refused to let me speak to manager, said she talked to him and he was not willing to do anything, put me back on hold for 19 more minutes had to hang up. It is now 730 and still no pizza almost 2 hours from initial order. We do not have money to waste in our family and the food has been out of oven for more than hour and a half. Will not be safe to eat. Don't order from here EVER.
Garbage service ordered 2 pizza for delivery was told 1145 approx delivery. Come noon nothing. Called said large order it will be there in a few more minutes. 1215 nothing, 1220 called and the phone call taker rude as hell saying it will be there in a few moments there was a large order before us(same excuse as noon) and 1 driver. When I told him you said that 20 mins ago he said ok we will put a credit on your account. DONT ORDER FROM HERE.

Pizza is okay. Service is awful. We’ve ordered from them twice and twice they failed to deliver the pizza. The manager is doesn’t care at all. I feel bad for the franchise owner. Never again.

I will never again go. I have gotten pizza here a few times. However the last 2 times have been the worst experience. Last time, I got the wrong pizza and called and told them. I was told I would get a credit on my account which never happened. Today I ordered over and hour and half before I needed to pick up the pizza. When I arrived at the scheduled time. The woman at the register acted like they didn’t have an order for me then told me it would be another 10 minutes.. 15 minutes later I check in since I had already paid. And again they acted like they didn’t even know I had ordered and already paid at this point. And I was told I needed to wait another 5 minutes. Over 35 minutes after my scheduled pick up for take out still no pizza in hand. I finally hear my named called but no one cared to actually come to the register to help the growing line of people for pick ups. I understand being short staffed. However that’s why I ordered so far in advance and was very angry when the staff seemed to not care about the wait and kept just forgetting my order

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE and the food was DELICIOUS!!! I reached out to the Folly Rd. Marco's about having quite a few pizzas, brownies and drinks delivered to a hotel where I had a group of 28 staying. I called the store a couple times in the weeks leading up to the delivery before placing my order online. Each time I called, the person that answered the phone was so polite and helpful. On delivery day, the driver ("9694-H.M.") was on time (a few minutes early, even!) and so polite. When I asked him about the plates and napkins I had requested when I called the store to confirm my order, he had forgotten them and you could tell he felt horrible. He was so apologetic (said he sees the note about the paper products now and just missed it earlier) and offered to go back to the store and get them or go out and buy some at the store around the corner and bring them back. I asked if he'd get reimbursed for that, and he said no, but that didn't matter (I told him it did matter and we didn't need to do that). The group was already starting to come down for dinner, so I asked the hotel if there was any way they could help out (their customer service had also been stellar!). The hotel "saved the day" and was able to provide some paper plates and napkins, so all was well. I told the driver "problem solved" and no worries. I really appreciated him offering to go above and beyond.....I thought service like that was long gone. I was so impressed with this young man. About 20 minutes later, he showed up again at the hotel with a grocery bag of paper plates and napkins (even though he knew the hotel was able to find some for us). I was so impressed with his integrity! I thanked him and said we were good and maybe he could keep those in his car in case he needs them another time. So, Marco's on Folly Beach Rd........not only did you guys provide a great dinner for my group, but had it delivered by a person who is OUTSTANDING at his job!!! Thank you so much for making our evening GREAT!

If I could rate lower I would. I ordered a pizza and paid in advance. They delivered the wrong pizza. I ordered chicken fresco and a cheese pizza was delivered. The manager wa so rude I could not believe it. He told me what do you want me to do about it ? Then he told me I would have to pay for another one ( I spent 30$ ) he was very rude and actually angry sounding. I was a good customer and I will no longer be ordering from this place.
We enjoyed Marcos when we lived in Atlanta but have not had Marcos for many years. The pizza I picked up at the Folly store yesterday was virtually tasteless. Little sauce, little cheese, even the sausage on half the pie had very little taste. We were EXTREMELY disappointed. The person who took my order on the phone and took my money and was perfectly pleasant. The pie? Half Pep, Half Pep, Sausage, Onion and Banana Peppers. I remember loving the Marcos sauce. What the hell happened, Marcos??

Their new website is literally the worst, most poorly constructed website I’ve ever used! Nothing works correctly. Why in the world would y’all switch to this from your old website! It took over a hour to get my order go through! Smh…
