My fiance and I started with a bloody Mary and mimosa, which were healthy, strong drinks. My fiance had the chicken fried steak with hashbrowns and scrambled eggs with cheese. I don't think I've ever seen him eat eggs so fast. Apparently, they were delicious. I had the original eggs Benedict with grits. The grits were able to be eaten plain. They were awesome. The eggs Benedict was cooked perfectly. Even the toast was delicious. I have no idea how this place has any bad reviews. Maybe the staff was training on those days? If we are ever back in the area, we will for sure be back.

We went on a Thursday evening. Literally 3 other tables with customers. 6 people besides us when we arrived. Looking out the window was the best part! Poor service & food. We are local and now know why it has never been recommended to us before. This building on water has so much more potential!!

This is a very small place. The food is great. I had the Mega seafood platter and my partner had the salmon. For desert I had the bread pudding. Everything was great. I will be going here again.

This is one of me & wifey’s favorite breakfast/brunch spots, it always hits the spot. We’ve never had a meal we didn’t enjoy. The strawberry waffle on the brunch menu is on point!

This morning my wife tried the Lowcountry Hasbrowns, she said it was “delicious.” This is one of the breakfast gems ? in Charleston. Good food and great views of the marina. If you’re on vacation definitely give it a try you won’t be disappointed.

They also validate parking.

Kara did a wonderful job and gave exceptional service. Amazing views in a rustic atmosphere. Food was pretty good. Recommend the crab cake benedict. Will be back!

My favorite brunch menu in the Holy City! Thanks for keeping it real all these years to anyone and everyone involved in keeping this gem alive and kicking! When I feel the best of Charleston is gone, all I need to do is walk up your stairs and have a bite!

It is very little for the price, the shrimp meat was as if saved. It has parking to enter that costs 2 dollars an hour. Terrible bar service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
