Been buying caramel apples from here tie 20 years and never a problem until today. Jan 11,2025. The apple was rotten inside and the caramel was so hard to cut. Huge disappointment.
This place feels like home. I grew up stopping by this place and it was always a treat. Some of the nicest people I’ve met run the store and the warmth they bring and the love they put into their sweets just make this place a wonderful experience.
The pralines were delicious. They are a little pricey. The storefront itself is a little narrow but servers were attentive. This was a great stop! If you love pralines then definitely come over here.

Stopped by here last night (6/29/24) around 9pm. There was one worker. When I walked in, he was typing on his cell phone with the GLOVES on used to handle candy. I had to say HELLO to get his attention, as he was too concerned with his cell phone than to know when a customer came in. I placed an order for some pralines and he used the SAME gloves that he was texting on to touch the pralines. This is DISGUSTING and a health code violation. This was the only store on the market that didn't have ANYONE in it and I can see why. Some serious training needs to be done at this place in terms of customer service and proper food handling techniques. I will NEVER patronize this business again.

I gained 5lbs. just walking in there. Everything that we tried was absolutely delicious. The clerk that waited on us was beyond fantastic.
So I agree the pretzels which happen to be my favorite weren't the most impressive, I got 3 different flavors. The oreo flavored one was probably the worst but the white choclate with fudge drizzle was ok but did taste kind of old and not fresh. The rocky road ice cream was really really good. I visited this store twice while in charelston. The pralines were very over priced therefore I didn't purchase them unfortunately but the samples were very good.
They have the best pralines! On our stop by, they had a great deal buying one pound get half pound! Sooo savory.

We could tell the one nice young man was way over worked until his coworker came back from a break.Building: The building is spacious and very well taken care of.Food: The ice cream was great. I got a shake.Speed: The speed was fast for one kid completing orders for a packet house.

My husband and I went in this past Friday night and got pralines, ice cream, and a salted dark chocolate peanut butter cup. The service was great. The pralines and ice cream were wonderful however the peanut butter cup was way over salted to the point that it was overpowering the sweetness of the chocolate.Unfortunately we had to throw it away because there was so much salt on both pieces of chocolate and they were melted in so we couldn’t even swipe it off.I’m not sure if this is normally how they are made or if it’s a quality control issue. We’ll probably just stick with the pralines next time.
