Absolutely the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. I waited over 30 minutes just for a basic breakfast meal. The staff seemed completely unmotivated, moving at a snail’s pace, and most of them didn’t speak any English, which made communication super frustrating. No one gave updates, no one apologized — it felt like no one even cared. Honestly, it looked like they were just standing around doing the bare minimum.
To make it worse, when the food finally came, it didn’t even look like food. Cold, sloppy, and just thrown together like it was an afterthought. Never coming back.
The only person who was even a little helpful was the girl with the red braid — she was the only one who showed any sign of effort. Other than that, it was a total disaster. This location seriously needs new management or an entirely new staff. Do better.

I ordered through Uber Eats. It was just the Double Quarter Pounder with cheese, just the sandwich and an Oreo McFlurry. The first driver went there, cancelled and it switched to a second driver who did the same. The third driver of this same order contacted me and said that one of the staff said that one of the drivers stole it. Okay, so I cancel with Uber eats and go to reorder because the restaurant can't control if it gets stolen, or so I'm thinking, but I did notice that the McFlurry is no longer on the menu in the app. So now I'm thinking weird since I just tried to order it. So this time I placed the order for the Double Quarter Pounder with cheese meal, but again the first driver cancels and while the second driver is on the way to the restaurant I decide to call the McDonald's to see what is going on with my order this time just to have the guy working there tell me that one of the drivers stole my food AGAIN and to contact Uber Eats for a refund. All that to say, it sounds a bit sketchy. I've worked in restaurants that operate alongside Uber Eats and there are ways to prevent theft, and the wrong order being taken by the wrong person. But it doesn't seem like any effort was put in to makeing sure the right person picked up the right order, and the answer the guy gave seemed so automatic that either this happens a lot at this location or it was complete BS and no one ever made my food to begin with. Either way it should definitely be addressed so situations like this won't just keep repeating itself.

the worst service, I arrived at 3am to have a bite to eat, I stood on the street for 20 minutes to have my order accepted, in the end they refused to accept my order, there was a parker in a car behind me and they accepted his order, I don't understand on what basis they accept the order, skin color, or something else! You should sue the entire staff, this is racial discrimination.
