Employees Bent and Broke New Debit Cards - Drive Through. Twice in less than one year.
In less than 11 months, drive through cashier's have broken two brand new non tap bank cards. Caught the last one bending the card while she slid the card in the reader. Card was pulled up from the extruding end after inserted while in the reader as much as 1.5 inches. This act breaks card chips and warps the magnetic strip making the card useless. It is also criminal behavior. Damage to personal property.
Filing police complaint and will. have police talk with managers of Folly Rd location and drive through employees.
Female pick up window employee laughed. Very unprofessional.
File a Police Report: Contact your local law enforcement agency's non-emergency number to report incidents like this.. An employee intentionally breaking a customer's property is a crime. Racism is also wrong.

We paid $31 for 2 Grinch meals and they left off our soda, nugget sauces and Grinch Salt. They were very busy and obviously not able to keep up.

Been waiting for over 40 min and Mcmidget still hasnt given us our food and overheard them saying that they were making us wait because we let doordashers in because they closed the lobby earlier than they were supposed to. Edit-finally got my food after 45min of waiting for my oreo mcflurry they gave me a vanilla ice cream with minimal oreo on top.

Food was ok and overpriced....but I suspect that is not anything the individuals who work at this store can control. This review is for the kind people who were working today, Thanksgiving. I appreciate the smiles and the kindness today. We ordered two meals and they were made quick and correct. I know what it's like to work on a holiday, so I appreciate the effort they made. I wish everyone that had to work today very happy Thanksgiving ❤️

The new guy on the window doesn’t seem to know what he’s doing. I’ve been making the same order with the same deal for months. But now it’s unable to be accommodated? The woman who’s usually in the window has never had a problem. What’s changed?
