this establishment needs new management asap. i ordered 4 cheese burgers at the drive thru and when we got to the window to get our order we were told to pull up. the lady at the window asked us what we ordered then looked at us like we were idiots when we told her what we ordered because apparently what she saw wasn’t what our receipt said. we waited 30 minutes in total, got there at 8:08 and didn’t get our food til 8:38. the manager didn’t offer any apologies or any compensation for the wait. i’m not sure what the issue was because our order wasn’t even complicated. this is the worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to. will not be back.

They “don’t have the items” for an uber eats order we were picking up. we just asked “you don’t have chicken nuggets?” and got answered “nope.” it was CHICKEN NUGGETS and an apple pie…. dude at the drive thru refused to help or take the order. maybe THINK that people are trying to make money the only way they can. gas and time wasted. learn how to talk to customers……
This is horrible, we waited 20 minutes outside for them to open the door at 5:20pm! They mixed up our order… I have no words. unsanitary, the smell of weed comes from the kitchen. after that we waited for the order for 30 minutes….

Unfortunately our experience was not ideal. Burger type given was incorrect for one meal, beverage for Happy Meal was not given, and hamburger for happy meal had so little on it, it was basically dry. Active listening and reading order chits is key. We will come again, but wanted to pass this along.

I just picked up food from there. The line moves quickly and the lady at the payment window and over the intercom came off very polite and inviting. However, the lady at the food hand off window was rude. Chewing her gum, rolling her eyes like jeez lady I’m just getting some food while my daughter naps. Honestly, not a great ending to the short experience but wanted to put my two cents in so yall would know who is worth being paid and who isn’t.

I'm very happy with morning service at this store. The opening manager is very prompt and courteous during the morning time. I've been able to buy breakfast with hardly no waiting and I appreciate it. I'd like to give this store a morning shout out!! Thanks!!

Asked for double quarter pounder with cheese and bacon. Ended up with a single . Also asked for large everything and got small fry and watered down drink. The ppl working this establishment should go back to school and learn how to read.
Poor work ethic at this location for employees is mind blowing. Went to pickup a mobile order that was ready in plain sight but employees ignored it and continued to serve the drive thru with no care in the world.

Always gets it wrong in drive thru. And now it is more expensive than a restaurant. If you are in a hurry avoid this location, unless you want to take time to detail check your order and then fight traffic and crowds to fix it. Awful!

Honestly I try not to go to any fast food restaurants after 3 or 4. Because the night shift crew is always terrible. This is my second time at this location. And the morning shift is fast and efficient. Even the manager handled my loss of a smoothie with a milkshake. But when I first came in a worker was in the bathroom, two different times (on her break and not on her break), cursing on the phone at her childrens father and his family. I know this because she was stating all her business. And the general manager had to get onto workers about cleaning. The lobby was a bit of a mess. Now night shift it depends. Some will do their job as far as being courteous. You have workers sitting in the lobby or conversations on their phones instead of working. (Non emergency means don't focus on your phone) Their lobby smells like their bathrooms.But their drive through is terrible. From the time I pulled up until I left 4 people left the line. The wait time should not be over 2 minutes with how slow it is. And if they would stop having personal conversations, get off their phones, and focus this wouldn't be a problem. If you come through, just don't on night shift.
