I was talking on the phone when I went into McDonald's and the woman manager decided because of this that I was rude to her. Can you imagine she didn’t give my order!!! started screaming and kicking me out! the guys who work there wanted to give me my order, but she started yelling at them. and her friend who came in much later began to say that I was rude to her, although she didn’t even see anything. I ended up waiting 40 minutes for my order!!!! and she didn't give it away. My online order was not delivered to me!!! take action!

This McDonald’s is a piece of work. Employees are fighting and arguing. I sat and waited for half an hour and have not received my food. Finally, I got up from my seat, and asked the person at the front counter. The employees made me my Big Mac but did give me the fries that I had paid for. So I had to ask for the fries. I understand that a lot of places are understaffed, but there is no excuse to skip over someone’s order and then mess up the order. When I received my food, the burger tasted nasty. Going to this McDonald’s was a waste of my time and $10. McDonald’s, do better please.

I ordered a large fry on 1-25-24 and was charged $4.23 for basically a small fry and was told, "This was the new large fry size." This is considerably smaller, and at that price, I felt ripped off. The bag does have large fry on it, but come on. That's NOT a large fry!!!!
