Waited in line for about 20 minutes got my order took waited in line another 15 because someone at the front of line was arguing then finally got to pull up to the 2ed window and they told me they was closed at 10:52 when I ordered around 10:23 gave me my money back but they really need to get there stuff together if your going to close because your having a bad day that’s not how you run a business

Whom ever is the management, needs to be space be AI, you are damaging your own career because you+your staff(at night) don't care about the customers so you don't care about your job. No Hospitality. Just lazy. I just left there with my order though thanks to one employee black male accompanied by two others sitting down in lobby talking foul. I'M just TO COOL HEADED didn't want to take picture but I will if need be. I love the fries McDonald's, SMH robots will be there soon because the company is MAJOR!

I frequent this McDonalds 3 times a week. I always order the same thing without any problem. This morning the drive through associate was very rude and would not complete my order. I noticed a line forming behind me and decided to save them some time and go to another location. I will not be back.

This location is pretty fast, but the fries literally get cold 2 minutes after driving off, which annoys me. Customer is getting better, the young lady was very sweet which was a nice change in scenery for this location because in the past, everyone always seem like they had an attitude or was mad at you for buying food there.

Placed an order on the app. 3 breakfast meals. At the window I was given one sandwich. I opened the sandwich and used my thumb to look inside to see if it was even a sandwich I ordered and it wasn’t. I handed it back to her at the window. She FOLDED IT BACK UP AND PUT IT BACK on the food rack. She then handed me my “correct” order. I pulled forward and inspected my meal and it was wrong again. Went inside with a chicken biscuit that I didn’t order To get out corrected with a sausage. A different person helped me this time but she too, took the wrong sandwich from me AND PUT IT BACK ON THE FOOD RACK!!! I was handed a sausage McGriddle not a McMuffin. I just walked out with it and delt with it. Got my order wrong THREE TIMES and put back wrong orders TWICE that I had handled and touched! They ignored my concern about putting the food back and said “it ok, it ok” in a very thick accent. I don’t think they speak English well.

The polite, pleasant employee served me a warm, fresh Big Mac with hot, fresh fries, and a coke. Everything ordered was given. However, AGAIN, ANOTHER McDs that doesn't server milk shakes!!! Why doesn't McDs take them off of their menus?!? I've been to McDs in various cities and states at different times, and I haven't been able to have a McDonald's milkshake in OVER A YEAR! No milkshakes available here at 4:00 pm today.
The card reader at the kiosk wouldn't work, so we went to the counter. I got their attention but could not get them to come to the counter. The food was cold but the coffee was hot. My husband got sick eating there.

Girl in the drive thru just straight up refused to give me my change. I asked 4 times for my change back and she just sat there in silence staring straight ahead. And finally she looks at me and laughs and says “your .36 cents?”., very sarcasticallyz. I said yes, and she went back to ignoring me and just stared straight ahead until I finally just gave up.I go to the next window, I tell the girl in the 2nd window that the first window is refusing to give me my change. And she just laughs. I’ve never seen anything like this in my life. It doesn’t matter that it’s .36 cents…they are just straight up keeping your change. I called and asked for manger and they told me there isn’t one to speak too and I’m almost positive the girl on the phone was the same girl who refused my change. So something needs to be done about the women who worked the first window on 5/31/25, at about 2:30pm. You can’t keep a penny that doesn’t belong to you just because you feel like it.
