This McDonald’s consistently closes their store/location at least 30min-1hr early. I know it can’t be because of demand, there’s plenty of us rolling up for service. As someone whose job requires me to work long hours, I’m limited at times on where I can grab a quick meal from. I used to be able to count on McD’s in a pinch, but not anymore. I hate writing this review because I spent 15 years in F&B, but I worked in a culture that didn’t turn down a customer until after closing time and closing time was normally after midnight for me. Staying open until the posted time of 10pm or 11pm isn’t asking much from a corporate franchise.

Left one McDonald’s because they weren’t open on time , came here and the same thing, 20 minutes after they’re supposed to be open they’re not. I can only imagine how much money is being lost between these two locations.

Absolutely worst service I've ever gotten at a McDonald's Mumbling employees that dont even wanna serve you and huff and puff about doing their job and Mumble into their hand while they attempt to take you're order with a condescending tone of voice while if your paying cash they'll tell you how you could of just ordered at the kiosk. I'm not one for violence but this type of attitude is what provokes such this mc Donald's is in for a rude awakening and I hope the nasty little girl running the register gets fired. And I'll be in touch with corporate about how I was treated. If I could give negative stars I would.

I went to this location because the Sam rit location didn’t have any grinch meals, well we both ordered something, well my husband’s order was right but they gave me the wrong cheese burger. It’s supposed to be a quarter pounder it’s what we paid for.

When you're at night time at McDonald's it's very deplorable because the staff is not focused at all. I heard the manager say to the employees not to clear off the menu without getting the order memorized. That's why the orders messed up.

Witnessed an employee ,im assuming the manager, be rude to a customer because he asked for his cup. They all gathered around him and tried to make him leave the store even though they were wrong. Unacceptable and I will be coming to check if she still has a job next week when im back in town. If she still works here, Im sending the video I took to corporate.
