Normally I come here a few times a week and always have curbside pickup. Today I waited over 20 mins to get my order and had to go inside bc the employee said it’s raining and couldn’t come outside. Food was cold except for the frys that the lady switched out.

I arrived to this McDonald's had the kids with me so wasn't trying to go inside so I ordered curbside I got my order it was missing a sandwich which I ordered 3 only received 2 ,then I told a staff member they said I'm only seeing 2 on my side I showed them the 3 sandwiches on my app after the whole staff was very unprofessional the one that brought my food came from around the corner smoking gas then brought my order smelling like it and after I showed them the order that was placed and payed for they still didn't acknowledge it and while sitting there it was 3 more people that came back and said there order was messed up its definitely telling me they can't read and comprehend just put the whole staff on trash and parking lot duty and hire some different staff members like when it was cooperate style McDonald's

Decent quick option. Did order on the app, delivery to car was a bit slower than normal. Had an employee outside cleaning up the parking lot. Was impressed by that.

The food was fine but I ordered two drinks and food. I was in the drive thru and got my first drink and fries. I waited for my second drink and the person asked if I had waited on something. I told her I ordered two drinks and only got one so I was waiting on that. She checked and said "oh she rang you up for one." So I said "oh well I ordered two." She repeated again with more of an attitude that the lady had only rang me up for one drink. So I'm very upset about that. But the food was great and satisfying as always. Maybe it was just an off day for service but I expected better.

This mcds is an absolute joke. The cook clearly doesn’t care whatsoever and slops all the ingredients on the burgers, fries tasting like oil that wasn’t changed. Flies in the dining room, disgusting restrooms, I could go on. This place needs a serious overhaul and the health department to come look at it.

Carmel Iced Coffee Macchiato they claim they don't have but on the menu then they say machine is broken its broken every morning went to another location same problem get the machines fixed or get ones the work people want Coffee in the MORNING!! better yet get employees that wanna work an not make excuses cause there lazy and don't wanna make orders

Can't even order or do a pick up cause the lobby was locked at 5PM .. FOR WHAT REASON who knows but I saw like 8 employees in one kitchen I don't know hey it so much employees of the doors are closed y'all have computer that take orders why not have the lobby open .. as a manger at fast food that manger is very much lazy and working in her ways .. as a manger I can handle a lobby if I'm a floating my position i have never gone to a McDonald's and they lobby is closed that early came back around 8 still closed ..

How the heck you close the dining room down at 5:30? This has got to be the stupidist thing I have ever seen. The ones in Summerville always have their dining rooms open. Cooperate needs to close this place down and rehire. The person taking my order at the drive thru was rude as hell also.
