I visited McDonald’s on Magwood Dr I will never go back there again. The drive thru person Oscar was very rude. I asked to speak to the manager he asked what do you need her for. Then he tells me she don’t speak English anyways. So if she don’t speak English why is she a manager at the restaurant. Then he go tell me that I had an attitude I didn’t have an attitude. I want to speak to the manager that’s all. Then this man started yelling at me the manager came to the window and walked off. This lady said nothing to this man I feel he needs to be fired. Cause that’s not how you act towards your customers.

Ordered two milkshakes and food. Ordered a vanilla milkshake and a strawberry milkshake. But they mixed the milkshakes with the previous orders flavor. So the vanilla has a base of strawberry and the strawberry has a base of chocolate. Not enjoying this order at all

Fish filet sandwich is so small now they should be calling it a a fish slider. The piece of fish is smaller and it is awful. The bun is not only small, it's chewy and no longer light and fluffy like it use to be. Along with higher prices. So sad. Stop the big bonuses for corporate and give better food and size back to your customers.

The second time it happens to us, every time the cleaning man is there, he closes the door so that we don’t go in for breakfast, it’s almost 7:00 am, it’s impossible that at that time they don’t find employees to receive orders, because it’s the excuse given to us by the cleaning worker who is always there, the second time we don’t have breakfast

Dpesnt open the door when it supposed to be open. Closed the restaurant doors early whenever they feel like it. People show up expecting you to be open. At least put a sign up on the door. Quit being lazyyyyy

This is the worst mcdonald's.I've ever been to the people that work.There are terrible, nasty, rude, miserable and hate their life.It's not my fault.You hate your life?Just do your job this has been an ongoing issue at this place.I've given it like six chances.And every time it's just worse and worse

Ordered two meals and was charged 2 dollars extra for OJ and sweet tea, when I asked why we charged extra for drinks on a meal they said “did you get a medium” and I said no we just said meals and that’s what you gave us so they are just putting in mediums on peoples drink meals and up charging people on drinks and hoping they don’t notice. Dishonest business practice
