I have LITERALLY called them 15 times. And they haven’t answered ONCE. They definitely hear the phone ringing but everyone chooses to ignore it. Pathetic. I was only calling to see if the drive thru line was long or not because I had an order for 30+ people and I was only trying to figure out how long it might take. Absolutely ridiculous. TERRIBLE customer service. And this isn’t the first time I’ve had a problem with them. I tried to return food that had gotten cold because I had to turn around and head back to McD’s because they forgot 2 items on my order. And by the time I got back, my food was cold and they refuse to make me fresh food because it wasn’t a big enough deal. This place is the WORST McDonalds I have ever been to. If you can avoid going there for food, please do. Please find a different location. I’m trying to save you time, money, and trouble.

Came in at 931pm, worker was very curt and rude, said they close in 5 minutes, when they're hours say they're open till 10pm. If you hate your job, just quit. There's a ton of kitchens hiring in Charleston.

I don't think I've ever had a bad order in 5 years from this place. Probably like 50 times I've been there. The people saying they can't communicate need to realize some people don't speak English that well and give people some grace. I think they actually did mess up my order one time but at least the food was hot and tasty. This McDonald's is consistent and has fresh food. I see the same people running the front a lot and they must know how to build a good team because this is a great food spot.

Ordered one of the deals offered on line. 4 for $5 on the app from car. Had the bar code showed it and was told it was used already. I did not use it since I ordered it in front of the store inside Walmart. No one could or would do anything for me. Left disappointed and dissatisfied. When i asked for a manager one other crew member told me the same thing. Not being able to speak to a manager or supervisor left me not wanting to oder McDonald’s anymore. You lost a very good customer. I usually don’t complain about anything but was really looking forward to having that meal

The kiosk was only half working, so I went to the counter to order. No sign or anything said you couldn’t. There were three people behind the counter but only one was working. I stood there for at least 10 minutes while the only employee working kept filling orders from the half working kiosk without even acknowledging me. Finally his partner in the back told him the help me and when I asked if they were taking orders from the registrar, he said “I’m really busy, can you use the kiosk”. Do not attempt to get good here. Also, if you don’t have enough employees, don’t sell food. Maybe order online if you want food.

The WOREST McDonald's EVER!!! Cold uncooked fry's !!! Asked for light sauce on my Big Mac and they put EXTRA!!! So nasty and disgusting !! Very slow service for Nasty food!! Don't eat there !!! And 21.00 for litterly dog food !!!!! If I could give a O star I would!!!!

I frequent this McDonald’s often and it’s definitely the best that I have ever visited. They always get my order correct, the Staff is great and I always have Napkins and Ketchup in the bag without ever asking for it which is fantastic. In the mornings we stop by for McGriddles which are simply delicious. I only wish they had hot McCafe Lattes but overall my experience has always been positive. The staff works very quickly and serves customers in a time manner. Kudos to the team!

I recently stopped by the McDonald's mentioned above, with my family. We were told to order at a kiosk. I explained that I don't touch those ever because they are never really clean and it is a public health problem and inconvenience for correct ordering. These kiosk could have fecal matter on them. If you cannot take my order inside at your register, but I could go out to the car drive around your building and order food, pay for it, park the car, the whole family get out and return to the restaurant and eat to accommodate the same meal and set inside to eat it. Not asking for much to eat lunch and give you money for it. Ridiculous and that's why you get this one star.
