Market salad was terrible. Very salty and strange tasting. No citrus vinaigrette taste just so salty we couldn’t eat it. Waitress still charged us $28 for two salads even though they were inedible. Manager discounted $14. I will say the Brie and Sidewinder fries were good but unless you like an extremely salty salad, don’t get the Market. We were seated beside the kitchen and one server yelled, “Coming in” each time she walked past us. Made it a very not relaxing experience.

Classiest bar I have ever watched a game in. We sat at the bar and our servers were the best. They helped us watch NCAA games we wanted to see (Boiler Up!) and kept checking in with us as the bar was busy. We orders the chopped salad, which was huge! We ended up splitting one and it was so good with a bit of a kick to it. We also had burgers that were so good! My lemon martini (can't remember actual drink name) was perfect! A very fun atmosphere to grab a bit to eat and or drinks located in the gorgeous Charleston Place. We were there Easter weekend and the decor was absolutely stunning!

Nice place to watch a game- lots of TVs and accommodating staff to find your game. Good selection of local draft beer keeps things interesting. Food is what you would expect at a sports bar.

Dylan was amazing. Great space to sit down with the whole family after walking through market street. Drinks and food were great.

Ok sports bar. Food good. Atmosphere was mediocre but ok if you like watching sports rather than talking with your fellow diners.

Usually Meeting at Market is a GREAT spot to catch a game. They are very agreeable about switching channels to accommodate. It is usually very lively but with manageable excitement, For these reasons, we go often when we visit Charleston, but I have never experienced the unpleasant chaos of our last visit. While sitting at the bar, I never received a visit from the bartender and so our table was ready before I ever got a drink, and the wait to be served one was just as long at the table since they "only have ONE bartender" (and the place was PACKED!} It was also FAR BEYOND the usual noise level. Our waiter was working very hard but he seemed to be responsible for the ENTIRE room, (with the exception of that ONE bartender.} NO one could do a good job with that many tables, but he certainly tried! On this visit, Charleston seemed run-down, and while I hate to say it, so did the atmosphere at Meeting at Market. And the change in menu was very much less than satisfying! I hate to say it, but I don't think I will be back!

Unfortunately, Google maps said we had "Arrived!" But we couldn't find this place. We were trying to find addresses on several businesses but were unable to find it. A true "Mystery on Market" Sorry, not sorry.

The fanciest sports bar I've ever been to! The food was absolutely divine and being able to watch the NFL playoff game was a big plus! Very glad I dined at Meeting at Market while in Charleston.

The side salad here was disgusting, full of wilted, slimy greens . Our server had to have noticed it wasn't touched and didn't offer to take it off the bill or ask about it/or anything. The Brie app was small and overly greasy--could easily make a better more appealing baked Brie at home. Overpriced sub-par food. Ambiance is cute though.

This place is classy yet informal restaurant and bar. It achieves a splendid melange of sophistication and pub atmosphere. I found the furniture and decor added class and style while the many TVs kept it relaxed. Service was fast and friendly. Portions were generous. The sidewinder fries were fun! I had the pulled pork burger and it was excellent. The sweet BBQ sauce made it delightful to enjoy with a sweet tea. If you're exploring the nearby market, this place is perfect to stop for lunch. Highly recommended.
