We were looking for smewhere to get bbq for lunch and we found Melvin's. As we walked up the fires were going outside and the smell of the smoke hit me right away. I ordered the little joe pulled pork sandwich. I made it a basket which adds fries and a gigantic onion ring. The pork is moist and just slightly flavored with the mustard sauce. I was given a great opportunity today to experience the soft opening of Melvin's soon to be new food truck! While the food truck does not offer their full menu, it was still a great experience. They offer their main items like pulled pork sandwiches, pulled chicken sandwiches, and burgers that are cooked to perfection with sides of your choosing. Myself and a couple others that joined me all tried different menu items and inhaled the food it was so good.
