I have ordered custom cakes from here for years. This last experience with a disappointment. I asked to make an addition to my order, and I was told point-blank I could not do so because it was less than 48 hours before. Which I understand, but I would’ve expected a little bit more of a problem-solving attitude as they routinely keep extra cakes in their case to sell. So perhaps an offer to reserve one of those? Great spot! I was looking for a coffee shop where I could study and this place was perfect. Lots of space to find a spot to work/study. Added bonus, the food was really good! Burger had pimento cheese, bacon, jam and pickles - it was spot on. The Caesar salad dressing was super light. Will definitely return in the future.
