Mosaic Catering was the only caterer we looked at. We knew who we wanted and they did not disappoint. The food was stellar--we had family style for 90 people with cocktail hour and family are still talking about the snacks! The food was high quality, which is the basics of what you want. The rest is what sets them apart: they will help select your decorations, rentals, recommend other vendors, be the bar OR let you have your own bar but supply th (top notch) bartenders and mixers....
MOSAIC Catering and Events went above and beyond for our wedding. From a fantastic tasting to the planning process, Michael made sure we had all the details in place. After sampling a menu at Mosaic's we were certain we wanted Mosaic to cater our daughter's wedding. We selected several pass hors d’œuvres and they did not disappoint.
