The inside looks amazing and elegant! However they definitely have some kinks they need to work out. We arrived at 7:30pm and didn't get entrees until almost 9:00pm. The appetizers we got were great but the entrees weren't worth waiting till 9:00pm for. I got the steak fries and my steak looked rather anemic. Our server was very abrasive and made me and my family feel uncomfortable. I may consider going back for dinner after they've had more time to adjust with he revamping, but as of right now it's a hard pass.

We stopped in at lunch on a Saturday just stumbled across it and we’re not quite sure of it before we went in. Outstanding Customer service with friendly staff.one of the best burgers and potato salad. I think I’ve ever had. Strongly recommend if you’re in from out of town or if you’re in town and have not heard of it yet recommend 100% to give it a try. You won’t be dissatisfied dissatisfied

Love the new look and menu. We went for lunch. I got the lunch special, burger and fries and my friend got the pork chop sandwich. They were delicious! Best burger I've had in awhile. Fries were tasty & hot. Relaxing atmosphere and great service!

Place has changed names from My Father's Mustache to Charlotte's and has a brand new menu. Very courteous wait staff and good food, better than the old place. Really enjoyed my chicken sandwich

We went to try out the new restaurant. It's very close to our home, so we just had to try it. I had the fried catfish with Gouda grits. It was very good. Full bar. Nice atmosphere. It took about an hour to get the food to the table, but hey, they are just starting, and based on the dedication I saw, I'm sure it will improve.

They are in a soft opening. Despite that, the food is excellent, the service a tad slow. They are working on that issue. We, as a neighborhood, should continue to support this enterprise

Big sign - Thursday Fish & Chips with a pint $14. Ordered that and my bill was over $25. Apparently the pint had to be one type of lager. No offer for any resolution!

I had a to-go order of corned beef and cabbage the day before St Patty's Day. It seemed like I stood near the front for a few minutes and then at the bar. No one acknowledged me. I finally sat at a table until a waitress acknowledged me. She seemed busy but attentive. At home when I was eating I noticed a reddish brown leaf in my food. It seemed foreign to me, so a couple of days later I called to ask about it. I asked to speak to the chef, and what sounded like a younger smug black guy who had answered the phone seemed to have an ego problem when I asked about the leaf. I asked if he was the chef and he told me that he was right there with the chef. He seemed to have a problem with me talking to the chef. I asked him if a leaf was supposed to be in the food as part of the seasoning. I asked him if maybe a bay leaf was used. He said yes but I'm not sure if I believed him. I then asked him if there was maybe cloves in it. He gave me a smart-ass answer like he couldn't give away the secrets or all the ingredients. Everyone has the right to know what is in their food. Especially with some people having food allergies. He told me that I would just have to come back and order it again. Based on his lack of cooperation and his attitude I don't think I want to return to that establishment. The corned beef and cabbage was not that good either. I don't think they have to worry about me stealing that recipe. Thinking about taking the leaf to a DHEC lab to be analyzed.
