Entitled servers and what looked to be overpriced food. Had been rude from the moment we asked a simple question if they take Apple Pay to slamming the menus and silverware on our table. We had been asked to leave because my friend had taken a video of the interior of the restaurant for maybe 3 seconds. We even offered to show the restaurant the video and delete it ourselves, instead we were very rudely asked to leave. If you are looking for bad service come here people. I’ve lived here for multiple years and know extremely nicer, friendlier, and cheaper burger spots all around Charleston

Me and 6 of my friends came here and the server accused us of recording her, we were recording the restaurant. Everything went okay, then she just booted us out. She needs to be fired. Do not come to this place. They looked at us and judged us because we were teenagers.

I've been here a total of 3 times. Each time spaced out about 6 months. I keep coming back to try this restaurant in hopes it gets better due to the high number of good reviews. Sadly, it is not a place I would recommend.
It takes about 1-2 hours to get food, even if the restaurant is near empty. The food is not very good either. I've had a burger that felt like it sat on a counter for 30 minutes, low quality ingredients, no effort put into the food.
Staff has been a problem here. Any time I come, the staff are extremely unprofessional. Drinks are average at best, not a place I would recommend for happy hour. West Ashley needs a really good burger spot but sadly this is not it.

I ordered dinner for my husband and I early on Friday. When I went to pick it up, I was informed that they were out of the salad dressing I ordered. Ok. I picked a different dressing. Then I asked about the queso, if it was in one of the to go boxes. The hostess said no, they were out of that too. Since I had paid for it I was told I’d have to go through DoorDash to get my refund. Then I get home to eat and both of the hotdogs on the order were plain instead of dressed with sloppy Joe and slaw. I called the restaurant and I was again told I’d have to go through DoorDash to get a refund. I told them I’d like the food, so I went back. When I arrived she handed me a bag with a container of slaw and chili.when I suggested that the hotdogs were now cold I got a blank stare, so I just left. At no point in time was there ever anyone that apologized or tried to make this right. Every time I’ve ordered food here something is missing, wrong, or overcooked. Now we get to cook our to go food at home which defeats the entire purpose of ordering takeout. If you want a burger, go to Boxcar Betty’s, service and quality are superior.

This is the second time I have been to No Bull on a Sunday and I won’t go back again. The waitress/bartender named Emily is not nice AT ALL! and that’s putting it mildly! She has a terrible, entitled, snarky personality. I’ve been told by other employees that she’s the owner’s girlfriend/fiance and that many people have complained about her. I normally don’t leave reviews but come on man. Keep your girl at home. It’s bad for business! Also, it was freezing there today. Spend some money to heat the place! My daughter and I along with other couples were freezing while we were eating. This has never been the case in any other restaurant I’ve eaten in. When I asked your girl (Emily) “hey, do you guys have heat”, her answer was “no” and then she walked away….Who does that 🤷🏼♂️ Do better bro! Nepotism kills!

This place has always been solid. Not sure what happened but ordered 4 burgers and chicken tenders last night via Ubereats. Tenders were fantastic— all 4 burgers were “pre pattied” mass produced, not very good quality beef. We like No Bull because up until tonight, the burgers were fresh ground or seemed to be. The smash burgers were not smashed and patties were exactly the same as on the Plain Jo. Instead of a nicely cooked thick burger, the plain Jo was the same overcooked two patties as the smash burgers. There was no difference between the smash burgers and the plain Jo aside from toppings. Hopefully it was just an off night or the supplier messed up their beef order. We will try again!

Ordered online…. Fries were unbelievably over salted… burger seemed caked in salt also… have eaten here before and it’s been decent..: maybe don’t order online?

I will say that the server gets 5 stars as he repeatedly had to come and genuinely apologize for the kitchen staff taking so long with our burgers. He did this multiple times. But in the end we had to leave without eating after waiting almost 40 minutes for our lunch. And no, there wasn’t a big lunch crowd which should have been my first clue not to eat there. If you’ve been wanting to try this place like we were do yourself a favor and skip it.
