Great healthy food options! Small place tucked away so you’ve got to look for it. Serves breakfast and lunch from 9am-2pm. Menu includes sandwiches, wraps, fresh pressed juices, smoothies plus baked goods from Mabel Mae’s (also healthy, gluten, and vegan options). We went for lunch and got it to go along with a cookie for dessert. The sandwich and wrap were huge. They were fresh and full of flavor. The chicken salad wrap was like no other Ive ever had. It had a sweet curry taste and filled with chicken, tomatoes, pickled red onions, and greens. My husband got the “Stoopid Good Sammy” which came on sourdough bread and had smoked turkey, spicy mayo, bacon, avocado, and Munster cheese. Also fresh and tasty. For dessert we shared a sandwhich cookie made up of 2 gaham masala cookies filled with a lemon cream. SOOOOO good. The cookies were soft and chewy and reminded me of a molasses cookies and the lemon filling was a good compliment. No seating indoors but there are a few tables outside. Also have grab and go items premade available.

I’ve been here a few times and my go to is the Stoopid Good Sammy; it’s seriously delicious. The pastries from Mabel Mae’s are also some of the best vegan pastries I’ve ver had. Friendly service and good music every time.

Atlyss Food Collective came highly recommended, and Jenny and her team delivered across the board! The artichoke cakes with yogurt tartar sauce were a standout and the curry chickpea salad - yuuummmm! Everything was fresh, flavorful and beautifully presented. I’d happily recommend Atlyss to anyone planning an event in Charleston. Thanks to Jenny for helping make ours a success!

Love this little hidden gem, which was my favorite eatery during my few days in Charleston. I’m into eating healthy vegetarian foods and this place had delicious options. Loved their blueberry smoothie, vegan yogurt bowl, ricotta toast, chickpea salad wrap, and especially the vegan snickers, sweetened with dates. Friendly service too!

I look forward to coming into Atlyss every chance I get. If I’m up in time I have it as part of my morning routine. Get the Avo toast, trust, it’s not your typical boring avo toast bite. My only gripe is that they aren’t open later because i constantly find myself craving their fresh food. I prefer to eat vegan and often gluten free and spots like this are extremely rare in Charleston. It’s a breath of fresh air having clean and sustainable food so close, finally. For the meat eaters, they have locally sourced meat that you can be sure actually came from happy livestock which I fully support! If you want less hassle you can also choose prepped meals online and have them delivered. Love you all at Atlyss, thanks for another happy morning!

The cashier (Ely I think) was so friendly and attentive. Food is really good, although it can be pricy, it’s totally worth it. Might try to hire away Ely to work for me

Went today to check out this new spot and it knocked our socks off. We got the Stoopid Good Sammie and it was THE BEST sandwich we have ever had. I don’t know how it could possibly be better.
The to-go fridge was fully stocked with beautifully vibrant meals, snacks, and healthy beverages. Everything looked delicious. A huge plus, they have plenty of parking! Needless to say i will be back regularly.
