We always come here with friends to have the breakfast burrito and then we all head out to Blun Coffee literslly walking distance from Altlyss to warm up. The breakfast burrito is a generous portion and the ingreditents are always fresh. A plus to Atlyss .

The Stoopid Good Sammy was true to its name. The turkey, the sprouts, the bacon, the pickled onions … so good. It’s the sorta sandwich that’s super satisfying and healthy! I’ll definitely be back when in town to explore more of their menu. Vegan/gluten-free bakery Mable Mae’s inside the same location is also a hit — apple cider donuts! Can’t wait to come back.

One of my favorite cafes in Charleston. The food being so healthy and locally sourced is an added bonus!!! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The stoopid good sammy is beyond delicious and lives up to the name!!! Love coming here after a workout class!

The most pleasant surprise near downtown Charleston! We enjoyed a smoothie, sandwiches, and the baked goods—banana bread was the crowd favorite! Every bite was delightful! Especially appreciate the dedication to sustainability. We will definitely be back!

Great healthy food options! Small place tucked away so you’ve got to look for it. Serves breakfast and lunch from 9am-2pm. Menu includes sandwiches, wraps, fresh pressed juices, smoothies plus baked goods from Mabel Mae’s (also healthy, gluten, and vegan options). We went for lunch and got it to go along with a cookie for dessert. The sandwich and wrap were huge. They were fresh and full of flavor. The chicken salad wrap was like no other Ive ever had. It had a sweet curry taste and filled with chicken, tomatoes, pickled red onions, and greens. My husband got the “Stoopid Good Sammy” which came on sourdough bread and had smoked turkey, spicy mayo, bacon, avocado, and Munster cheese. Also fresh and tasty. For dessert we shared a sandwhich cookie made up of 2 gaham masala cookies filled with a lemon cream. SOOOOO good. The cookies were soft and chewy and reminded me of a molasses cookies and the lemon filling was a good compliment. No seating indoors but there are a few tables outside. Also have grab and go items premade available.

I’ve been here a few times and my go to is the Stoopid Good Sammy; it’s seriously delicious. The pastries from Mabel Mae’s are also some of the best vegan pastries I’ve ver had. Friendly service and good music every time.

Atlyss Food Collective came highly recommended, and Jenny and her team delivered across the board! The artichoke cakes with yogurt tartar sauce were a standout and the curry chickpea salad - yuuummmm! Everything was fresh, flavorful and beautifully presented. I’d happily recommend Atlyss to anyone planning an event in Charleston. Thanks to Jenny for helping make ours a success!
