So we stop there for a quick meal sat at the bar had 3 of the saddest nastiest drinks ever, empty only one other person dinning. No one ever took our order even though we had menus waited for ten minutes saw bar tender twice never asked if we were having anything to eat. Horrible service, now we know why it was empty!!!!

I ordered a potato soup and it should not be served anymore. It had maybe 10 pieces of potatoes and made with some kind of cheese.
The salad was great!

Chicken was very thin, still good. Server was slow to get the check.

They had a large selection of average food. It was hot and ready in a flash.

Our group (30) had reservations for dinner today. The staff was waiting for us and immediately got us all seated and had our orders taken and into the kitchen for prepping. Service was quick and efficient, and WARM when brought to our tables. Salads were well prepared and on the tables as soon as we arrived. Jaden and her coworkers worked well together. The restaurant is clean and inviting...along with the staff. I highly recommend O'Charley's.

I had the Is steak pasta, and it was terrible

I was very disappointed. We ordered chips and dip and potato soup as appetizers. There were 3 of us. One ordered salmon, other steak with side of Mac and cheese. I had a steak and pasta dish. The chips/dip were good. I was excited for the main course. The soup was not edible. The only thing I can come close to thinking it tasted like was water and flour. We could not eat it. As soon as our waitress brought out our food and the plate was put on the table a bad smell came from the plates. We passed around the plates trying to see which smelled so bad. It was the steak my daughter ordered. I can’t explain how that smell was other than it was stomach turning. Maybe the meat was going bad and they cooked and served it anyway. The Mac and cheese was on the plate with the steak so it was not edible either. We asked the waitress to smell it but she declined and took the steak back to kitchen . The manager came by and said we were just smelling the grill the steak was cooked on but I’ve never smelled anything like that and I’ve had many steaks off a grill. It smelled like bad meat. After that I just could not eat the steak and pasta dish as it also had steak in it. I just couldn’t risk eating it. The salmon was way over cooked and dry which was a shame for a beautiful piece of fish. Just very disappointing. We were hours from home and had not eaten all day. The waitress was very nice and I had no complaints with service. Maybe this was just a bad day and not the usual standards but I won’t ever return to see.
