The best ice cream in Charleston!! We eat here once a week (at least) and it never misses. They constantly rotate the flavors so there’s always something new to try. Friendly staff and great vibes. Just be prepared to stand in lines, especially when the weather warms up.

My wife and I were visiting relatives this weekend and we stopped here three times to have the best ice cream. My wife has servere nut allergies and the staff went above and beyond to make sure she had a safe and enjoyable experience.In the Charleston area again and stopped in for some wonderful treats. Always a home run.

We were suggested this place when we mentioned we were looking for good ice cream. Unfortunately the staff is rude, and honestly the ice cream for the price not only lacks flavor but alot to be desired. Was it the worst I've ever had? No, but I definitely wouldn't go back.

Off-Track is the cherry on top after any meal! From their unique flavor combinations (Vegan Cookie Monster to Key Lime Pie) & inclusive flavor options for vegans & gluten-free individuals!It is not too sweet — which I appreciate — and there is tons of creativity behind local ingredients & homemade syrups and sauces to baked stir-ins. They do not skimp on the hard work behind this outstanding ice cream shop!Dietary restrictions: There are tons of gluten free ice creams & baked goods. Also, they have a wide range of vegan ice creams with vegan toppings!

Edit: so good we had to come back twice!!! The flight is also great for sharing with friends :)Lovely place with great ice cream! They had an interesting variety of flavors (including many vegan ones!) Overall, the ice cream seemed of high quality and good temperature / texture- would recommend! (It doesn’t hurt that the interior itself is cute too :))I ordered two nonvegan flavors: chocolate fudgy brownie and cookies and cream- chocolate fudgy brownie: good! A bit of a darker chocolate (rich but not bitter), and it had a good amount of brownie chunks for texture! 8/10- cookies and cream: LOVED IT! Personally one of my favorite cookies and creams that I’ve ever had (and I have had a lot)- the base itself has cookie in it so it’s has more depth than just the usual “cream” flavor; combined with the texture of the cookies = PERFECT, 11/10!!!- friends tried some other vegan flavors as well- accordingly, the black sesame was ok (couldn’t taste enough earl gray), the fluffernutter blondie was yummy, and the strawberry shortcake was good (but needs more shortcake)- PB&J, brown sugar oat milk and cookies were also good- great service: they let you sample and explain the flavors too!Dietary restrictions: Many great vegan options!

Expresso chip-flavored ice cream was delicious(tons of flavor with a great texture). The accompanying Snickerdoodle cookie was mediocre (thin and hard). The staff wasn't very friendly, I'm assuming due to it being closing time. The portion size was small—nice decor with plenty of seating.
