Best pizza I’ve had in FOREVER. Finally a place with a great cheese to sauce ratio!

I used to place several orders from the West Ashley location for work and can honestly say today was horrible. Called my order in at 12:15pm for a salad and personal pizza for lunch told 15 to 20 minutes. Arrived at 12:30 and salad was ready by 12:32. Told pizza in oven and be ready in 4 minutes At 12:41 No pizza and had to get back to office for a 1:30 meeting and demanded a refund for my pizza since been over 4 minutes. So took another 5 minutes for the refund so left around 12:46 and very long 4 minutes never got pizza. Asked for a drink cup for the lunch special for the salad. Oh our truck didn't come in No cups. So had to pay full price, no cup, no other type of discount or compensation. Manager could of gone to other location to make sure where stock up on supplies. Never had issue before but customer service and customer satisfaction seem to have gone way done.

I got the cuban sandwich and it came with fries and a drink, and it was amazing. Savory, a little bit of sweetness, and then the brine of the pickles really made a balanced sandwich. I also got a spicy cheesy bread as an app and it was perfect. The touch of sweetness perfectly balanced the spice. This is just an amazing neighborhood place with great food and great people. Would 100% recommend this to anyone local or tourist.

My new favorite pizza place! I went with friends and we all shared. The hot spicy cheesy bread is amazing! Their French fries are the perfect level of crispy. The pizza is amazing too. I'm sad I live far away so I can't come here more often.

Got the new Philly pizza tonight, my two favorite things combined together. Even tho I had to wait a little longer than I would have liked, the staff working took care of me and made sure I got a hot fresh pizza.

Great staff! Sooo friendly and kind. Quick service for lunch. Also, they have a bunch of board games to play while you wait which is awesome! Definitely something to try out again!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Paisanos for almost 9 years. Yesterday, I had an issue with delivery that was completely my fault. The folks at Paisanos went above and beyond anything they needed to do and helped me out big time. I was so pleasantly surprised, which is rare these days. I am a small business owner just down the road from them in West Ashley and I appreciated the customer service they gave my family and I last night. They are the best in the business as far as I am concerned. Thank you guys again.

We got pizza and chicken wings to go tonight and they were absolutely delicious. They were done and a super timely manner. The service at pick up was amazing.
