I live at the hotel nearby for 2 months. Panda express is my dinner preference every day after work. Stuffs are friendly. KungPao chicken is the best ever. Only bad thing is the steamed rice . Every time I try. It looks uncooked at all. They must filled too less water. I tried a couple times. Now I am completely give up the steam rice.

I enjoy going to Panda Express with the bottom line being the food is warm. The quality is nice and quantity is enough. I get it. It’s a little bit expensive for $10. You get one item and some size you spend another $10 then you can have a nice dinner buffet at a Chinese restaurant, but like I mentioned the quality and quantity is not bad and the freshness of food is good so I enjoy going there And I’m fairly a new member just about two months back. I became a member but I enjoy going there.

The food is fine but good luck getting everything you ordered. For example, I ordered a Bigger Plate and it only came with one of the three entree choices. Two whole portions of meat missing. I'm not sure if it is laziness or lack of attention to detail, but there is always something missing from the order. Some employee training seems to be required at this location.

Ordered dinner, to be delivered through Door Dash. Ordered two chicken egg rolls, teriyaki chicken bowl, and sesame chicken bowl. The chicken in both bowls were covered in fat, very little actual meat. Also requested various condiments and they were not received. The teriyaki chicken had no flavor, once I was able to locate actual meat and not fat.

Absolutely disgusting experience. I found long black hair in both my plate and an extra entrée of chicken. I will never come back here and strongly urge everyone to check their food before leaving—unless you want a mouthful of hair. Why are employees not wearing hair nets? Why did this happen at all? Makes you wonder what else is going on back there. So gross and disappointing. Tried to call the store and no answer. So here I am. Money wasted and stomach upset

We went for an early dinner. The drive thru was quick, the service was great, friendly, fast and the food was really good. Definitely going back 😊✌
Very disappointed with my experience picking up a DoorDash order here. I was told to wait 10 minutes because they “didn’t have the order ready.” I sat down and waited, then went back to check, only to be told that someone had already picked up the order through the drive-thru window—while I had been sitting inside the entire time.
I strongly believe I was discriminated against as a Black customer. Others who appeared to be white or of Hispanic descent were helped, while I was dismissed and ignored. The staff (possibly Hispanic or Middle Eastern) were unhelpful, unclear, and showed no effort to fix the issue.
This experience left me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. All customers and drivers deserve fair and equal treatment, regardless of race or background.
