Very poorly managed, out of several items, none of the tables cleared in the lobby, and the coffee/ beverage bars were not stocked and filthy.

This place is gross. Looks like nothing in the front of house is cleaned or repaired. If the managers or employees don’t care, then I can only imagine the cleanliness of prep areas

First time in. Young man standing behind the register wearing a mask on his mouth only. We walked up to place an order, and the young man just stares at us, no greeting not even a word. We order food. The young man has a couple questions and all we hear is low volume mumbling behind a mask. I had to ask him to repeat himself four times. I have owned small businesses for 40 years and am a professional business consultant. The manager who put this individual in a position to where he is the front facing, first contact of guests coming into the restaurant, should be fired.

I’ve been here three times and will not be coming back. The first time they didn’t have any soup and I waited 45 mins for one sandwich, I was the only person in the restaurant. The second time I came back it was dirty and there were chairs on tables 4 hours before close, as well as no chicken noodle soup. This time there are no drinks or soup.
I love going to Panera Bread. I make a point of always visiting if I can, at least once on my trips to the US. I had a grilled cheese sandwich with tomato and it's easily the best one of all.
Vegetarian options: Although the grilled cheese sandwich doesn't include tomato, they added it for me.

Went here with my kids this week, and if they were not so h-angry, I would have walked out as soon as we walked in. This place is extremely dirty.
Dining area, was filthy; from table, to walls, chairs, and floors.
Walls and decor had dust and oil marks all over. Every table was dirty.
Went to bathroom, 1st stall no toilet paper, so went to other stall to get some, that was covered with old urine. Tried to wash hands, there was no soap or paper towels.
Staff is unfriendly and disconnected.
Will not go back.

Panera Bread has gone downhill. Came in on a Sunday and it was just a disaster. Every single associate had one head phone in except the manager. The manager I can't remember her name but was very friendly. Came in 11/24 around noon. The young manager was doing her best but she needed another manager and some better associates. The cashier was literally on his phone picking a new song to listen to in his headphone while taking our order. Shout out to the manager though. She was busting tail. Other associates just terrible. Maybe if they take out their headphone they can concentrate and make the orders the correct way.

Great Food but such small portions... paid 7$ for one scoop of Mac and cheese and some bread
Parking: small parking lot but not particularly busy.

I’m leaving the bottom portion of this for people to read. I was at the same restaurant about five months ago and left this review with a five star rating. I am editing the review now, which is December 19, 2024. I just revisited this location and unfortunately Did not have the same satisfaction. The restaurant was very dirty, including behind the counter. There were bagels on the floor that look like they had been there for quite a while. There were crumbs and dirt all over the kitchen area as well as in the dining area. The restrooms were dirty andin general, the whole restaurant was very rundown. The employees were friendly, but seemed to struggle with exactly what they were supposed to do. Hopefully the management can assist in training and helping employees. Get the restaurant back to a clean inviting environment.
It took a while to get service, but the food was great. The restaurant environment was clean and well. The restroom was also very clean. Which is much appreciated.

We waited over half an hour for our food (several customers waited even longer). My French dippy was almost to dry to eat. All of the tables were dirty and there were NO napkins in the restaurant, my husband had to get paper towels from the bathroom to use napkins. A VERY terrible dining experience

Yesterday I never received my order and they were super rude and not helpful. I called corporate and received a refund and credit for my next order. Gave them another shot today and while yes I received food it was not what I ordered.
