The restaurant needed to be cleaned. The cashier looked at me strangely when I said hello. Customer service is a thing of the past. The manager needs to pay attention to her lobby and train in how to treat customers. When one walks in you should immediately greet them not continue what you are doing making them wait on you.

I’d give them negative 5 stars if I could. WORST place for service and filthy. LAZY LAZY LAZY workers won’t take your order when they are clearly open. How they don’t get fired I have no clue bc I’ve rarely eaten here and every time they are acting closed when they are open and lo one at cash registers. I WILL be reporting this store to a manager or someone and recommend everyone do that bc it’s their normal work day aparently. Sitting around on phones refuse to take orders and act like it’s bothering them to have to be at the cash register. How owners allow this is insane!

I requested a 7:15-7:30 delivery and when I arrived at the office at 7:10 to meet them, the Panera Team Member had already set everything up for us. From our team to yours - Thank you!!
