A very typical Panera experience. Which is usually very good! Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly. The locked bathrooms threw me for a loop but they were clean ans well-stocked. Food was excellent - very happy they had fresh(ish) lettuce on my sandwich and not wilted nasty lettuce like my last experience at a different Panera.
Unfortunate to say this Panera let me down. I’m allergic to tomato’s and I asked for a cream chicken and rice and I got a tomato soup. I am unhappy with my order.

I’ve visited this location 3 days in a row to make sure I wasn’t misinterpreting things. My first day visiting this location the older BF cashier with glasses rung up 2 customers. She handed the first one muffin and the second customer had a wait. We were next in line when she abruptly walked off without saying anything to us. There was no one behind us. We had to wait on someone else sitting down in the lobby to come and help us. Second day she just walked off when we got to the register and today the same thing as the first day. We have never met this female a day in our lives. We just walk in order and go about our business. We don’t even sit down so I’m confused as to what the issue is. I shouldn’t have to drive to Ashley Phosphate to order Panera.

Placed order on line and never received our food. We got a message saying our food had been delivered when indeed it was not. Panera said they will block that delivery driver and refund our money in 7-10 days . Definitely do not recommend this Panera .

Saw several negative reviews but we found it to have friendly staff and very clean. Food was typical of any Panera.
The food is good. Location brings a decent amount of people but the staff are consistently in a bad mood and snarky. All in all it's just like any other Panera and I would recommend it because Panera does have good food. I like the vegetarian sandwiches and lavender lemonade.
Vegetarian options: No mushrooms. No meat alternatives but meatless entrees.
Ordered a pick two online. Said it would take 15 minutes. Thought 15 mins seemed a little long for a half a sandwich and a small soup, but nevertheless I placed my order. I went in when it said my order was expected to be ready, but they had a delay. Fine, no worries. I waited over 30 minutes for my meal. Insane. I wouldn’t mind waiting that long had I been informed, but be forewarned there is a very long wait for lunch orders.

It has been a while since I had eaten at Panera Bread. I need to visit it more often. The bacon mac and cheese was delicious and definitely the best macaroni and cheese meal I have ever eaten. I loved the French dipper and the dipping sauce paired perfectly with it. Honestly, my only problem with the French Dipper is that it’s a limited time offer, so if it’s still available, then get it while you’re still able. But the best part about my visit was the staff. They were courteous and kind. I was greeted with a smile, which made my visit even better. To anyone whom read this review, I hope your experience there will be just great as my visit. And to the staff present at the time, I want to say “Thank you for a wonderful day”
