A manager needs to come in and get this place running. Very dirty and the pastry area looked dirty too. I’m not sure what is happening at this location. And for the love please get all employees to put away AirPods/headphones.

I’ve had 3 orders in a row come out wrong…. First they forget my bread,then they don’t add bacon to my BACON turkey bravo and today they took 15 mins to make my sandwich and forgot the cheese and bacon on my BACON turkey bravo. I would highly recommend using a different location

The person taking my order had their head down on the counter looking at the floor the entire time I gave my order. They never spoke to me except to tell me my total. I told another associate to tell the manager they needed to go home but nothing happened. Pantera used to be top notch but every one Ive been to in the past 3 years has gone downhill in service and cleanliness.

I finally caught a Panera that had bread bowls for soup, soup was ok but the bread bowl made it better 😋, service was excellent staff was really friendly , the only thing there was this crazy man going in and out and walking all over the restaurant but all in all was good 👍 I wouldn't bring children here just cause of the neighborhood

Would have given 5 stars but when they have an items check list (for the to-go order) as completed as ALL items there and complete. The order was NOT COMPLETE and ALL items NOT there and didn’t know until all the way home when unpacking the order. Also, I was looking forward to the Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken Salad. The chicken was unnoticeable and basically I believe canned(if that was chicken??? Or they forgot that too!) I did not look like the picture by any means… very disappointed! Frustrated and disappointed!

They really played me with these apples an I didn’t like that if your going to give some fruit make sure it’s edible I feel like they was playing catch with my apples an they got hella gashes in them

As a frequent Panera bread customer. This review will get a response from the manager, to apologize that they didn’t meet my expectation. Poor poor employee attitudes, especially the ones who greet the customers at the register to be extremely poor and negative . It’s a reflection of the manager, not hiring the right people and providing the proper training for professionalism and customer appreciation.

Its been a while since dining at panera and we can safely say we will not be returning. Did a pick up order tonight and highly disappointed. The sandwiches with our pick two only had what looked like 3 sad slices of chicken and some bacon bits on it the baguettes were inconsistent in sizing one side was half the amount it should have been. For one you pick two and a cookie we paid roughly $16 for a meal that felt like it could have been scraps. It feels like quite a slap in the face to spend our money with a business to be given that. 10/10 do not recommend save your money for something actually worth spending it on.
Food is great, they do not value your time here.
