Had a great experience at Papa John’s thanks to Jayden! My bf and I stopped in on a whim, didn’t order ahead, but Jayden was super friendly, smiling, and took care of us quickly and professionally. Hard to find service like that these days. Shout out to Jayden—keep up the awesome work!

I was staying at a hotel about 2 miles away. I ordered a medium pizza and a 2 liter soda pop for delivery and they said it would be 40 minutes. After an hour, I called and the guy said Door Dash driver hadn't picked it up yet. He said they haven't used delivery drivers for years. The pizza finally arrived after 1 hour and 45 minutes, and it was barely warm (imagine that) . Papa Johns is usually my favorite pizza, but not this shop !!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Will never order from Papa John’s again. No way to track your order if you call it in. It’s been two hours and the call center doesn’t answer unless you’re placing an order. Transfer you for complaints/questions and it hangs up. Plus there’s no way to talk to the actual store.

Visiting from out of town and had a great experience with delivery. Pizza was great! Richard took my order over the phone and was very friendly and polite. Thank you, Richard!
I am appalled by the environment and services and lack of cleanliness. The staff was joking then arguing when I entered. No one treated me at first . First my order was said to be gone already The staff handing my food had no gloves or protection, talking and laughing over the pizza as she began to she cut it. The manager began yelling at the staff and still never acknowledged me. I left without my dinner.

Ordered takeout for 2x Garden Veggie Papa Bowls (1 with chicken added on) and they tasted so hearty and amazing! Had no issues with the service at all and we were fine with the slight wait as the bowls were baked fresh upon our order. Basically tasted like baked pizza but without the dough so it was easier for us to digest. Was extremely delicious, flavorful and filling – all for a very reasonable price. Would definitely be back soon for more again!
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options available, including the Garden Veggie Papa Bowl we ordered which tasted amazing.

Careful when ordering! If it’s a 3rd party delivering(DoorDash). They have been told to just leave it. Whenever the driver can’t find the address. I’ve had a door dash driver told to leave it at a different spot when she tried calling the store. Luckily, I had caught her and that what she had told me. That means someone else could get your pizza if you’re not careful.

I wish I would’ve known that this company uses DoorDash. I would’ve never ordered my daddy’s pizza from here if I knew. So, because of DoorDash, I’m giving them 1 stars. The dudes working in the store were nice, fast, and just as confused as I was when I brought back my pizzas. I was on vacation with my family and we ordered these pizzas. I called and placed the order at 6:43 pm. The guys said 30 to 35 mins. I said ok. I waited an hour and called back and the guy said it had been delivered. I said it has not. He checked and he said well here it says it’s been marked delivered. I told him that my daddy has been having issues with his heart and hadn’t eaten all and wanted his pizza. He said he would remake it and send it out STAT. We waited another hour and an extra 30 mins. We walk to the lobby and they finally tell us the pizza is here. I open the boxes and find this. 2 pieces are missing out of the first boxes. So, I close all 4 boxes and take them to the business. I show the manager of the night. He agrees this is horrible. Makes 2 MORE PIZZAS. While we are talking a DoorDasher walks in. I ask if she was the one who ate my pizza and she looked at me and said no, if you were to have gotten something from me it wouldn’t have arrived like that. So, she grabs another delivery and walks out. My mama is in the car and sees the girl just dying laughing as the girl gets into her car. We get our pizzas and fly back to the hotel to feed our kids and poor daddy. I get to the Hilton and ask the front desk was the delivery driver a girl and she said yes. I then stated what clothes she had on and asked the front and she described to me exactly what the driver was wearing. It was the lady I had seen in the papa johns. I will never use another papa johns until they stop using DoorDash.
