Careful when ordering! If it’s a 3rd party delivering(DoorDash). They have been told to just leave it. Whenever the driver can’t find the address. I’ve had a door dash driver told to leave it at a different spot when she tried calling the store. Luckily, I had caught her and that what she had told me. That means someone else could get your pizza if you’re not careful.

I want to thank the ignorant rude, cashier, that doesn't know the difference between parking and idling. Due to your aggressive behavior when I came into to pick up my order, my wife and I canceled our pizza and went to Bakers Bar instead. We had a great time with an amazing pizza and great customer service. Had it not been for you giving us the finger and trying to take out your bad day and hatred for your job on us we would have been stuck with a horrible pizza, as I am sure you put the same passion into your pizza making as you do your customer service. There are to many local places that to give your money to a store being run by a clown like this.

Ordered via phone, over an hour past the delivery time and nothing…. Tried calling numerous times to check the order and the line just cuts out constantly, so we’re left paying for a pizza that doesn’t arrive or a pizza store that doesn’t answer the phone… $40 dollars down and nothing to show for it.

The only reason I gave it two is because the employees were really nice. It's been a few years since I've been to Papa John's and I won't be trying it again. I could've gotten better frozen pizza and breadsticks. Hardly any toppings and the breadsticks were thick and gummy and almost burnt

I ordered delivery on 8/30 and never received it. I called the store and someone answered and had the order sent out again. When I finally received my order I didn’t get the wings that I paid for. So I proceeded to call the store back and got no answer, instead was sent to voicemail and the voicemail isn’t even set up. I tried calling the next morning (today) and still getting sent to voicemail. My pizza was fine but I just want a refund for the wings I never received.

Now I know why I haven't had Papa Johns since college. Food is decent but service is terrible. Waited almost an hour for pick-up and when I called to inquired was patched through to a number that no one answers and goes to a "voicemail that has not been set up"

Im a poor college kid. Maybe it was the store I ordered from, but I've never seen a more dysfunctional, lazy, and disrespectful business. Complete disregard for anyone. I ordered two pizzas and some garlic knots. It said it'd arrive at a certain time, then an hour passed, two hours passed, three. Over the span of these three my friends and I called several times over only to be met with the automated voice messaging system. The one time that the store did pick up, the manager said that they were "working on it" and then hung up. From there we could not be connected with the store, and resulted in us calling another department unrelated to the store. This was the order department which was unconnected to the store. Even then, the kind man I spoke tried to call the store and was unable to pick it up himself. Eventually, the man called back and said that he was unable to call them and that the store likely closed before they were supposed to. A waste of money. A complete breakdown of any semblance of regard, care, quality, kindness, service and utter freaking respect. Never ordering from this place again. Papa johns pizza isn't even good, but this just sealed the deal.

Placed order at 8:45 pm. Paid extra fee for delivery and also paid in advance for tip, huge mistake! Was told would be delivered in 45 minutes. After several calls through the automated system(as you never get a direct line to the restaurant), call was transferred to an employee of the restaurant. I was told that my order would be remade. I finally got my almost $50 order of one large specialty pizza and a side... a few minutes before midnight!! By then, even the roaches were starving! That's a damn shame considering my location is/was less than a mile away! But hey, the food was excellent! Isn't it always when your close to death's door from starvation?! Papa John's has really lowered the bar on caring about promptness and I'm sure about many other things, especially since the fallout with the original owner and about who they let franchise or use their name these days! I'm very disappointed and not surprised. Toss the experience on the stack with the other piles of... (use your imagination)

I ordered on Uber eats and noticed that the food took a little longer than expected to be ready. That being said their cheesy bread is delicious and really hits the spot when you’re craving a late night snack. However, I wish they put more tomato sauce in the container they give you with the cheesy bread because it was barely filled.

Called for a pizza and 2 hours later still no pizza. Currently in a position where I need to maximize every minute of my time and a pizza coming to me while I finish some work would have been perfect. Tried calling to check on ETA of my pizza and the store was closed! CLOSED! Now I have gotten my work done, no pizza, HUNGRY, and have to TRY and get some sleep because I have to hit the road in a couple of hours. The only reason I'm posting a star is because I have to in order to leave a review.
