Endless ordering issues at this location. Rather inept really!

I usually love whatever I ordered but tonight I was disappointed ?!!! Pizza was not NY style as ordered. Couldn't not fold slices and it was cold at delivery. I will not order this type of pizza again. After heating up, it tasted good but I wanted to try that particular style of pizza. Did not want regular crust as received!! Delivery was cold and had to heat it up or eat it cold. I feel I wasted my money!! I'm hoping for better if there is a next time.

Ordered through grubhub. 3 pizzas, a huge cookie and bread sticks. The pepperoni pizza arrived with no pepperoni and no sauce...it was cheese and bread. The other pizzas were correct but almost no sauce.

A random visit So I didn't have to make dinner. The pizzas were delicious, and the kids loved watching them being made through the glass window. The prices are just so high. The small pizza is literally the size of a personal pizza from the grocery store, and the large is practically what used to be a medium, but everything else was amazing. The two ladies working, we're smiling and greeted us and made a really great couple of pizzas

Ok. Papa J J.I. You deserve a great review after this meal you made me! I’m not gonna lie..I’ve been disappointed by this place before, a few times. Yo. Tonight, the team working— DELIVERED. Usually, I fill up on garlic breadsticks [which were absolutely delicious,] but this time I actually preferred my pizza more. I understand this may be confusing. It just is what it is. Anyway. The pizza! The bake on the crust was excellent. Sauce and cheese, perfection. While the breadsticks were really really good and seasoned so wonderfully, the pizza was even better this time. Thank you guys!

My husband loves papa John’s when it’s done right, and he keeps having the faith that this location will be better. It’s not! Puddles of grease even after there was so much already spilled and soaked up by the box. Im totally turned off, but I’m sure we’ll end up trying another location in his hopes that their food will hit the spot like it used to.

I placed an order many hours in advance and it is over an hour late and still has not been delivered. Not only was I sent to voicemail multiple times when I called but when I was transferred to the manager finally she was extremely rude.
