I just tried to door dash from this location and the employees canceled our order at last minute and never made the food to give they wasted our time and tried to blame on is that we canceled the order and when in fact we didn't cancel anything. Employee by the name of Jess was rude to the dasher. The dasher had us on the phone while she tried to place the order. This is very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend anyone to order from this location

I can’t get pizza from here anymore. They only have the same 3 deals and they charge 16 dollars for a cheese pizza where they just throw on a mass of cheese that doesn’t even allow the pizza to cook properly. The base of the pizza just collapses under the weight of the cheese. Like when I ask for a cheese pizza, it doesn’t mean a bunch of extra cheese. When I ask for pepperoni on one half it doesn’t mean take a whole pizza worth of pepperoni and put it on one half

Ashley river took my order, then came with the wrong order. I had waited 50 plus minutes just to get nothing. Do better with taking these orders. Then the manager trying to be very smart mouth.

I commend the young girl who had her locs covered while making pizza. It was a gentleman in there, hat on, possibly caucasian with his hair loose. I watched him stretch the pizza dough and his hair touching the pizza dough. When his coworker mentioned it to him he took his hands, pushed his hair back with his bare hands and kept working. His hair should be netted up. When I brought it to the manager’s attention he expressed some concern, but not much. I was absolutely disgusted. While we understand there are germs everywhere, its is an absolute violation to have your hair loose while preparing someone else’s food and your hair touching the food.
Edit: My anxiety wouldn’t let me be great! I went back in, had the girl remake my pizzas. She was patient, kind, got it done. 5 stars for service for the girl who understood & remade my pizzas.

The pizza used to be fantastic. Now it's worse than frozen. To top it off, when I opened the box, the pepper looked like someone had gotten hungry. The box used to come sealed, too. Not anymore!

I wish this would let me choose 0 stars because this is exactly what this location deserves. I placed an order online and was directed to door dash to track my order the door dasher texted me and told me that when she arrived my order had already been picked up I contacted the store to see what had happened to the order. The woman that I spoke with was very rude and claimed to be the manager and refused to disclose her name. She then told me that she cancelled out my order because she does not want to argue with me and hung up the phone. I called back because it could have just been an honest mistake that she made sending out the wrong order I simply just wanted her to remake my order and I would have picked it up I didn’t even care about the expenses at this point. I called back for the 3rd time and was disrespected and called out of my name so I told her that I’m just going to report you to corporate she yelled in the phone DO IT! DO IT! and hung up for the third time. I then arrived to the store after being hung up on 3 times in a row I walked in and spoke with the woman and told her that she hung up on me and she said I’ve cancelled your order so you can get the **** out of my store. The situation continued to escalate. This store is unprofessional and whoever the woman is needs to go to a class and study what it means to be a manager (if she is one) and also learn about GOOD customer service because she obviously lacks that. This location will never get services from me either my family ever again. Do not order from here!!!!!

Gave me an option to pay with card after I had already ordered with cash. I decided to do it since I had already wanted to order with card, it charged my bank and I called the store to confirm it was good on their end and the manager said that they didn’t receive payment and that I would still have to pay cash. I told him how it had already took out of my bank and he said , “it happens all the time” . Why is this an option if something like this “happens all the time” he was rude and discourteous.

I ordered delivery. I specifically ordered a medium pizza with buffalo sauce, chicken, jalapeño, and onions. I received my pizza and tipped my delivery driver $10 only to bite into my first slice and it was BBQ sauce instead of buffalo sauce. Literally had to throw my entire pizza away!!!! Of course I went to bed hungry last night! My pizza was sweet and very distasteful. Could you imagine ? ON top of that I asked for my wings to be well done yet I received gummy chicken. YUCK! Do better papa John’s, at least for the next customers because I will never order from here again! That’s the 3rd strike for me….if my food isn’t BURNT, it’s WRONG!!

I came in today to order a pizza and was treated rudely by the manager from the moment I got in. (Or at least she said she was the manager) —- It is the worst experience I have ever had ordering Pizza. I got a text saying my pizza was ready and when I asked her she barked at me and said the text was wrong and that my pizza would be taking longer. I said no problem and came back later. I had wanted a pizza with cheese and pepperoni but she made a mistake on my pizza and I simply asked her for some pepperoni added to it. She said no, so I said I’ll return the pizza. She was nasty over the whole process and told me to leave her store and that she would call the cops. I also accused me of being upset that the wings were not all flats when I honestly didn’t even mind the regular selection of wings. She should not be working in any forward customer facing position. She has no customer service and just seems to be a bad person in general.
