Found out they deliver with DoorDash… after I placed my order :(I would’ve never ordered if I knew that. DoorDash is a great way to get your food cold and late, sometimes never. Good luck getting your money back after your food is stolen too. I’ve tried.

I placed my order and never got it! Doordash literally placed one dasher on the order and Matt tells me and the doordasher someone already picked it up... how? They tell us when someone had picked it up or has been assigned! Matt told me call doordash because it's there problem. Basically telling me oh well! Matt isn't helpful at all and doesn't want to help.. doordash then canceled my order because Matt refused to make the order! Thanks Matt for your not so helpful time! I will not be returning. I'm normally a regular costumer but I will find a different pizza place! Thanks for nothing!

I remember when Papa Johns was good and their employees cared. Those days are long gone. Save your money, go buy a good frozen pizza. It will be hot, taste just as good, cheaper and you don’t have to deal with inept employees and drivers that could care less about your experience.

Just got my order and no boxes were sealed so items could have been contaminated during delivery. Abut 80% of the time, Papa John places sanitary seals on delivery boxes to ensure they are not opened. I shouldn't eat this order, this is disappointing. $60

If I wanted dinner would have waited til I got home I placed a order at 3:39pm the order arrived at 5:53pm to my office and we close at 6pm needless to say no one wanted to eat anymore…. call several times to cancel NO ANSWER THEN THE FOOD WAS BARELY WARM VERY DISSATISFIED AND

I went there about an hour ago to pick up some food. I walked in on the manger yelling at one of his employees. The way he talked was disrespectful as well as unprofessional. I will not be returning!

I really don't understand all the negative reviews. I ordered cheese sticks and buffalo wings. My food was delivered really quick. It was hot and fresh and really good! The delivery guy was really nice too ??

They are rude and disrespectful and try to get over on me. So I got my money back. I paid online with a online coupon and it said I should have 4 boxes. My order had me to pick what I wanted on them. When I went in the store they gave me three boxes and wouldn’t give me my other even with seeing the online order. He was rude and I will never eat there again.
