If I could give negative stars I would. I hurt my back and had decided to place an order for delivery because I can’t drive. I ordered a cheesesteak with mushrooms only and an extra side of cheese sauce. I got a cheesesteak that is loaded with bell peppers. There are more peppers than actually steak! I hate peppers and I never got my extra side of sauce, which isn’t a bad thing considering the cheese is nothing like the picture. I looked like a goopy, nasty paste. I tried calling the restaurant and the number is disconnected 😡

I ordered off of Uber eats and it showed that it was being picked up at IHOP. I was not impressed. I got the loaded steak fries and it was just disappointing. They barely gave me any fries and they charged a dollar for ranch that I never got.

The worst cheesesteak I have ever had. When I say the worst, I mean the worst !!! Soggy, no flavor and it did not even look like they know how to slice onions. I'm not sure what kind of meat is in it. I definitely will not pardon their cheesesteak. The fries are soggy as well and not cooked well. This place should close for good!

It's from IHOP. Ordered delivery. Ordered specific philly cheese steak sandwiches with different additions on all sandwiches...got 4 of the same plain cheese steak sandwiches. Ordered 3 orders of fries, got only 2. Ordered 3 brownies, got none. I would NEVER order from here again! It should be called PARDON MY MISTEAK! INSTEAD OF CHEESE STEAK! I would say it's false advertisement and I wouldn't even give them a zero on the 1-5 scale but they didn't have it. Sooo disappointed! ?

First I could not find the place it's located inside of a Ruby Tuesday's restaurant which they don't tell you that in the beginning. The phone number that they have goes to a voicemail system. The food looks nothing like it is pictured.

I ordered the basic small Cheesesteak and loaded fries through Uber Eats. I was skeptical based on the terrible reviews here but I was pleasantly surprised once my order delivered. Our food was presented well in the packaging. The sandwich was full of meat, cheese and roasted peppers. The loaded fries were tasty. Was it memorable? No. Would I order again? Probably not. Was it edible? Yes. It was quick food that we needed in a crunch on a Saturday night so hence the 4 star rating.
