The waitress was super rude. We had to ask multiple times for water and overall was just not accommodating or friendly. The drinks were fine. Food was terrible. We had the fish dip and it was literally just chunks of cream cheese. The chips were stale and inedible. All for $21. Do not recommend

Visited here yesterday for my dad’s birthday. Our server told us the old fashions were really good here. I’m a bartender and so was the three other people that were with me. We’ve all been in the industry for ten plus years. First off the old fashion came with grenadine cherries and four scoops of ice. Mind you we had asked if they had the cubes and the maraschino cherries. Asked all the questions and the server said yes they had that. Clearly that was not true. We had also ordered skinny margaritas which was straight sour mix. We were at a table and decided to move to the bar to talk to the bartender. We asked to remake the old fashions he muddled the orange and the cherry into the old fashion. We then saw the tab. It was $34.75 for an old fashion. That price would have been fine if it was a hands down perfect old fashion. Price is kinda high but I understand we are in downtown charelston and we were on a rooftop. So I understand why the cocktail would’ve costed that much. However for the type of cocktail that was given was not up to par. I will not be returning back. The server proceeded to argue with us. Just horrible customer service through and through. The bartender was great and handled the situation appropriately however the server did not.

The view is good! Service was ok at the bar and excellent at the table! “The most popular item on the menu” is Tuna Tower for $32 was just ok, really nothing special. However beef kebab was really good! Drinks are ok. Good for one-time visit and a few pictures!

Took an hour for the first drinks to be served. After waiting on food for over an hour we asked what was going on, our waiter came back 10 min later saying sorry I forgot to put your order in but it's in now. We said unacceptable get the manager he leaves comes back 10 min after that saying I just found your order I can put it in and hand then rush it so he didn't even really put it in the 2nd time. Then it took 15 min to get the manager who was nothing but rude

12-28-24 Mid afternoon. Due to the reputation & design of the hotel, We were expecting craft cocktails list with fresh ingredients, instead it felt we were on cruise ship, sun deck where everything is half fast made or premade, all juices coming from concentrate, the back of the bar looked filthy & over loaded with ice dripping water all over the place. managed by two loud bartenders looking unprofessional and coming out of a Scorcese movie. If you are looking to get drunk, and don’t care for anything else this is the place, to the other fellas get a table & order beer or wines, don’t come near the bar What a shame with a such set up & breath taking view. I almost forgot, bartender tried to gauge us with the bill. He presented the right receipt but ran a greater amount…. We didn’t eat there, so I can’t rate & or leave a constructive criticism.

This would be fine for a pool area bar if you were swimming and sunning, but don't expect a rooftop bar experience in terms of atmosphere or value. Drinks were ridiculously overpriced for presentation and quality. Wouldn't recommend if you're literally not swimming.
