We sat at the bar as the restaurant was not busy. The bartender was attentive and nice. We ordered raw oysters, a lobster roll, seafood pasta, and oyster shooters and hush puppies. Needless to say, the lobster roll was actually a lobster hotdog bun. Which is misleading and most certainly overpriced. Pleasantly surprised. Top notch cuisine for a local establishment that appears to simply be a local bar. Interesting menu with emphasis of fresh seafood , well prepared and nicely presented. Real comfortable and casual setting. Great service ( thank you Angela) . Recently relocated from Summerville to West Ashley, this will be a on my list of go to places!
We came today for Father’s Day. The restaurant is so cute and the servers were nice but kind of clueless. They brought several plates to our table that we didn’t order and didn’t have silverware on the table for the food the brought. The food we did order was very mediocre. The shrimp and grits were bland and tasted a little undercooked and like straight white wine. The fish tacos were so pitiful, no flavor very much do not recommend them. The appetizers were good though....
