We heard so much about pelato and it definitely lived up to our expectations. The food all came out fresh to order and we appreciated the time we had in between each meal. All of the food was delicious and we split six plates for three people. The stand outs were the pelato salad, the meatballs (my personal favorite), and the vodka pasta. We had an amazing girls’ night at Pelato - thank you! Christine was awesome as our server!! The food was incredible!! The cocktails were great as well. We tried a little bit of everything - what fun!! Recommended doing a “flight” of pastas because they are all so good - and would be an exciting way to try them all 😍😍😍
One of the best meals we’ve had in Charleston! We got the mozzarella, chicken parm, radiatore vodka, rigatoni, garlic bread, meatballs (possibly the best I’ve had?), clams and the ice cream sandwiches! Wish there were more clams and mozz for that price. The mozz was also a little rubbery. Also the margarita was really great-not too sweet and was tart! Would go back but they are charging full entree prices for “tapas” which is frustrating.
