It used to be good, but not anymore. The quality of food has really gone downhill. The interior is kind of run down. It is also overpriced.

I ordered online and their POS wasn’t working. Waited over 30 mins and none of the employees would look at me. Finally got my food and drove home only to find out that it was the wrong order.

Used to be a good place with fresh authentic ingredients . Now not so much. Since Covid has gone down hill, they upped all the prices, fired the good workers , hired a robot a the current servers suck. We ordered a coke a they brought out a can set it in front of us an charged a buttload. I’ve been in service industry, you don’t do that. You open the can an pour it for the patron after all what am I paying them a tip now for since the robot brings out the food anyways. The price jump was astronomical to afford the human replacement too. Boycott replacement of humans an don’t eat here

It's cold 🥶 in there but the food is awesome. Price is a little high but worth it.

Parking: The shopping center is a very busy high traffic area.

At first staff was very helpful but then were unavailable for most of the meal. The robot server was novel at first but wore off with the main course when we could not tell the difference between two different pho orders and took awhile before the server help us. The pho broth was bland. The sesame chicken was overcooked and difficult to find any sesame. I did like the chicken spring rolls. At the end. Difficulty finding someone to help with the bill and to go container. Eventually when to the take out line to get both. We were disappointed but may try take out with different items. .

It's okay. Overall the food was above average, although our potsticker appetizer was cold. They sent a replacement order, which was fine. The main issue was it was understaffed the night we went, 23Dec. Not sure if it was just that night.

I might give it another shot if I'm ever in that area again.

Placed a take-out order online, waited almost 1.5 hrs inside the restaurant past the pick-up time. The employees could provide no update on when the food would be ready and just kept saying they were working on it. When asked for a refund, the employees said it wasn't possible. It's a shame because the food is good, but I will not be returning here.

We got here at 7pm and the restaurant was almost empty. But we did not receive our food for almost two hours. The food was brought to us by a robot with trays on it. The food was not good at all. The pho was flavorless and the fried noodles were cold & dry. You’d think it would be amazing considering how long it took to make it. When we asked for our check we saw there was a 20% gratuity automatically taken out… For a Robot. After it took almost two hours to be served horrible food. The audacity. We will never come here again.

I wouldn't recommend ordering delivery AT ALL (i.e. Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.) from here. I've done it twice and both times the driver's have been stuck at the restaurant and takes over 2 hours to get my food delivered on James Island...

Let me preface this review by saying I've been to multiple pho places in Charleston, but this right here has got to be worst. I ate here tonight and got me their pho, since my usual place is closed on Tuesdays. I really wanted to like this place since Riso noodle house will be closing in a couple of weeks, but the broth was so bland and they don't give u any bean sprouts like other places. I had to add the sriracha and hoisin to give it a little more flavor. Usually, the broth by itself should be enough. No sauce is needed. In addition, I paid $20 for this, only for it to be disappointing. The server though (bless her heart) was so busy tonight and gave me some exceptional service that my food was out in no time. However, for better pho, you should go support Riso noodle house in west Ashley or H&L. Those are solid places.

Parking: easy parking accessible to the area.

I have eaten here several times but tonight was my first disappointment. I had the BUN special, I got it Togo. I found the rice noodles soggy and broken up, and it may be the seasoning on the special but I didn't think it went with the noodle salad, it was over powering . I could only eat a little of it and the rest went in the trash as it was not editable.

The pad Thai was not even edible. Rice was burnt. Both had a very weird/gross smell to them
