I got the chicken pho takeout and it was amazing.

Great and delicious food. Although our food was promptly served our wait staff took very long to bring back the check after we finished. I think she was the only one on duty. She was very pleasant and attentive.

Let me summarize, walked in confused and was told to “sit wherever,” first sign of disaster is the glowing robot rolling around the maybe 200sqft restaurant as if the waiter that was already following the robot around couldn’t carry the food herself. Appetizers took 30 minutes to come out, took one bite of the Crab Rangoons and was met by literal ice in my mouth, spit out the bite, cancelled entrees and left shortly after. I would pay people not to go here.

EDIT: So we require the internet to cook food now? Wow, technology is really advancing isn’t it? The waitress couldn’t verbalize the one thing she needed for the singular table in the restaurant? It’s called problem solving, try it. Also, how is it Dining and Dashing when we ate not a single thing? We also walked up to the host stand to pay for our drinks, waited 5 minutes for her to come out (which she didn’t), use your cameras for that.

Amazing food. My husband said it was the best pad Thai he's ever had. The seafood pho was fantastic.

The food was absolutely delicious, the best Pho and Fried rice we ever had, and the shrimp spring rolls were delicious, will be back again soon. The wait was long, but once the food came it was definitely worth the wait.

Food was decent but really expensive. I didn’t realize there was also a 20% service charge so I regret tipping. Boba tea was too sweet, not ordering again. The Pho Ga could have had more chicken in it, but the overall size was fine. Service was okay, but could have been better. Food was ready quick and I came at a time where it was too early for dinner and too late for lunch so I was the only one dining there which likely helped with making the food arrive at the table quicker.

The food was excellent! I ordered a pho soup and 3 fried spring rolls (I ate one already before taking the pic) as an appetizer. The food came promptly and was delicious. Only one waitress it seemed and she managed to hold it down. It's pretty quiet in the restaurant, some music may have helped provide some cover while I slurped away, and the decor is nice. Would definitely eat again!

Big space, do not need rsvp walk in is fine. Short staff, I noticed 1 person in the front and picking up the phones, taking the orders and serving. The foods alright. Noticed it is decent since the locations are limited with Vietnamese food. They also serve Chinese food here too.

Also, there’s an 11% food tax to your bills. Not sure if people noticed and when I asked about it, they told me the food tax, state tax, local city tax… adds up to 11% tax. Don’t sound right, I looked it up and said at most 6-9% tax

I’ve had a tough time finding vegetarian pho in the past until NOW! They were so accommodating, kind, and it was so delicious. The tofu’s texture was perfect. I’ll definitely be back!

It took 25 minutes, just to get drinks. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, but that incompetence should have been the first red flag to make us leave. In the past, my server had contentiously and kindly addressed any dietary issues with care. This was our safe place to talk about food, BUT NOT ANYMORE!!!! I was already quite weary when I saw our favorite server was no longer here. Another red flag I had avoided.

Upon giving my order, I was vocal about my health condition Alpha-gal Syndrome (just my luck right)? As I made my request, it was met with the server staring off into space. Then a side-eye and a huff and a puff before they could put my order in, just to completely mess it up.

We thought we would be nice by patiently waiting for our order, but nothing could prepare us for the events that would ensue next. They messed up my order and it came at a very high price, comprising my health. They had fried the tofu in a shared animal meat fryer which I had requested specifically NOT to do so, due to my sensitive health conditions. This food made me violently ill.

I thought this time it might be okay, but avoiding all the red flags was the fatal mistake that ruined the rest of my night and is what will have my checkbook crying for the next few months. I have to work overtime hours over 80+ hours a week! Just to pay off the thousands of dollars of medical bills I am now facing. This is one instance where nice guys really do finish last.

It is my assumption that this place is under new management (and a bad one at that). Who ever the new server is she needs to be fired or given listening classes.

What started off to be a treat for my friends and I, have turned into an absolute nightmare. Anaphylaxis is no joke, hives, and an endless visit with the porcelain throne. This vile food had me spewing from both ends.

If you have any type of health condition please be careful when eating here. So many aweful stories of food poisoning and undisclosed allergens from THIS PLACE!!! And now I know why!!!

I just thank the doctors for fixing what Pho Saigon broke! If you all are looking for a way to spend your evening, I encourage you to find a place that cares about your HEALTH more than they care about taking your money, because that’s one thing that can’t be replaced!

I went there to try out the pho to support my Vietnamese community because I’ve just move here from Maryland , I paid $18 with taxes but the portion was so little
Barely filled my stomach , then I was recommend to tired the birdsnest combination , the meat and seafood was sour like it’s been old , I went home and had a stomach ache , I’m sadly to give them a 1 star review but it’s my honest opinion , now I have to save some money to open a better Vietnamese restaurant in town with decently food for the customers to eat .

It’s a quiet and sparse restaurant but the menu is extensive and the Chinese style food we ordered was fantastic. We ordered 3 entrees for 4 people (2 adults/ 2 toddlers) and we ate it all. The service was good, the waitress was kind and cool under pressure, despite being a bit busy. They even have this neat little robot waiter that the kids loved.

Highly recommend and will be returning and ordering for take out.
