Took an hour and 20 mins for our food to arrive. The order was wrong. I tried calling, was put on hold multiple times. I was never able to speak with someone at the store. I had to drive there myself to get the correct order, and it took another 15-20 minutes to get it! The food was bad quality, cold, and dry. I highly suggest going to another one of the many pizza places in the area!!

First time I have ever had to give a bad review to them!! Food wasn't ready, and the dessert wasn't available so he waited until I got there to pickup my order to see what he could replace it with! I ordered online so he had to change something and I had to wait for 30 minutes longer and this is why I order online and pickup??;! Get home and I have never had a nasty pizza from them but this one was burnt, hard as a rock and I think I chipped a tooth!! And too cold!! He was working alone so I'm trying to cut him a break. He was polite, courtes and doing the best he could by himself. That's not fair to him either!! Ok that's all folks.....

They need to put their hair up and this is why. Look between the machines and you will notice the girls braids flinging all in the food as she's cutting the pizza. I will NOT be eating here again!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered 4 pizzas. Everyone in my house ate different pizza and Everyone got food poisoning. I have always been a fan of pizza hut but will not be returning EVER!

This West Ashley Store Manager hung up me 2 times.
I read her off my order, that I orderer & paid 70.02 for. She was rude , & her employees were heard in the background saying that I was lying. I am including the documentation. The manager told me that she was deleting my order & refunding me back the whole ticket , in which I paid 70.02. Then she argued with me & told me what’s on the Pizza Hut APP , is not what was sent to her store. And Ian including the screen shot of my bank. This was the worse experience ever! That manager also deleted my order, Because she did not the evidence to be sent to make a Formal Complaint, nor would she give me her name as the manager of Pizza Hut today @ around 3 p.m , but I had screen shouted the order for my Husband, so he could know @ the door, & know what we ordered.
I’m appalled @ the disrespect, & taking my money, but not delivering exactly what I Ordered.

When I walked in, the employees just stared at me like I was a ghost. No "welcome in" or "good afternoon," but only a bunch of eyes just staring at me like I do not belong. I then proceeded to wait for 25 minutes for someone to say anything to me as I watched one lady place my pizza in the hot box. Finally, a delivery driver came in and asked if I had been helped. I said no and she took my payment and had the AUDACITY to slander me for not tipping. As i was walking out the door I was followed by a giant roach. Absolutely disgusting.
Very poor service and very poor employees. I will never step foot in that place again.

We want a total refund. My husband waited an hour, with a dozen other people, to get the pizza we responsibly ordered online. We had to re-bake when he brought an unbaked pizza home. This was the third time this has happened to us. Three strikes. We will NEVER order from you again. You owe us a refund of $27.91, to our credit card immediately, and we will also post this on all social media.
