Spent barely two days in town and had to come here twice. Best customer service, maybe in the whole state. Food so fresh and so perfect. Bubbles drink great too! Thank you!

The picture does not do it justice! This is the best poke bowl I’ve had since I used to live in Oakland, CA years ago in Chinatown. So good, so flavorful, so fresh. Every bite had flavor and crunch and that umami bite. Delicious!

I had a great experience. The staff was helpful and kind. Honestly, my only slight complaint was that the Boba (bubbles) were just a little chewy instead of a nice soft Boba I've experienced before. I ended up getting coffee milk tea and the flavor was very good! I went in the afternoon around 3pm so it could have just been at the end of a cook cycle.Parking: Pay by mobile app Parking lot is across the street, uncovered.

I'm not sure why people open restaurants just to make them look and operate like a teenagers bedroom. I love poke, but I don't accept substandard and bland meals that cost.Turns out you don't even order a meal here. You just scribble what you want on a note, and they add it up into the machine. I got a pretty regular bowl with minimal sides because you're limited at every single turn. The food wasn't anything spectacular. I didn't finish the half hearted bowl and left to get a better lunch down the street. The interior is just boxes of stuff stacked everywhere, so it feels very cluttered to exist in the space. Not worth it.

I ordered my food through Uber Eats. It arrived fast and still warm. Awesome so far. But I paid an extra $3 for the eel and overall paid $19.25 for my bowl. It wasn't even filled up, it was so disappointing. It was halfway filled. Yesterday I paid $17 at Chipotle and got a WHOLE BURRITO BOWL stuffed to brim the with the cover on.Could have at least put more rice to make it look full?I love Poke Tea House but I won't be ordering from here anymore. At this point they are just ripping you off, I'd rather wait at Chipotle than to come away with less than what I'm paying for.

Loved the bowl I got but I’m still dreaming about the peach tea with candied ginger in it. Staff was fine, seating is fine.
I love this location so much! It's very cute and one of my favorite quick on-the-go lunch spots for a lighter but satisfying meal. It's always so fresh and delicious! Highly recommend

Fresh food but not enough protein. I paid for one scoop and watched the lady put half a scoop of tuna. I wouldn’t mind paying more for more but I looked at the size of the scoop before ordering and thought it would be enough. If you pay for two scoops you’ll probably get one scoop. Also you can only get a few limited toppings.

I’ve had poke bowls, the spicy tuna sushi burrito, zoodles, and boba tea here. All were great. The prices are good for downtown Charleston and its off the main street so its not packed. It was one of my repeat lunch spots during college.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options are marked!
