Pretzel bites are so good and fresh, made to order! Attendant was kind. Great little spot in the mall for an energy boost to keep shopping! ;-)

Each pretzel is made to order, and tastes so much better than the pretzels that sit out at places like Auntie Anne’s. The prices are extremely reasonable, and the service is generally fast and great!

We are center court and occasionally we get thirsty. We go visit Pretzel Twister for a drink.The young man there works very hard keeping pretzels fresh and ready for customers. The cinnamon bites look really great one day I will try some.Come on by and get some hot fresh pretzels!!!!

I go here every or every other weekend, and the man who runs the place knows who I am and anticipates my order. Large salted pretzel, two cheeses. They are the best pretzel bites around. “Wait 5 minutes” as he instructs you, and you’ll have a cup full of beautiful soft flavorful pretzels complimented with the best cheese they could be paired with. I can’t say it any other way. If you like pretzels, come here. And if you’re going to watch a movie at home they’re perfect.

Arrived at noon when they opened with my son, guy said we are not opened. Sat and waited for 5 minutes and he just went about doing things and would not sell us dip and dots. Guess this place makes enough money they do not need to provide customer service within business ours. Piggly Wiggly will get our Dip and Dot business instead.

Pretzel Twister at Citadel Mall in West Ashley is an excellent stop for a salty snack when you are hungry during the middle of the day. Everything here is warm, fresh, and good and I have had many quality pretzels here that I have enjoyed. This is one of my favorite things about the mall here.

Made fresh every time. Always a perfect cook and ALWAYS satisfied. I even drive out of my way to the mall sometimes for the pretzels. I recommend the large pretzel bites with salt. Best bang for the buck by far!

Their pretzels are absolutely delicious! One of my treats every time I go to the mall.
