Went to the Reckless Breakfast this morning. I'm not a foodie but I do work in the food industry. From the roach that ran across the counter to the ductwork vent that was dripping on my silverware, gross. Once you see, you can't unsee. Underwhelmed by 3 of the 5 courses. Experienced it. Wouldn't recommend and won't go back.

Two locations West Ashley and Charleston. A 5 course price fixe at $70 includes unlimited beer and wine. No set menu, you eat whatever they are preparing that evening from locally sourced ingredients! Casual setting at a counter facing the chefs. They explain each dish, how it's prepared and the ingredients. If you are looking for a romantic dinner for two this is not the place. If you want a wonderful enjoyable time this is it. Portions are ample . Just a memorable experience. Special thanks to Ross our chef this evening who is also the owner. Also thanks to Chris who is the business manager dining tonight with family and friends who couldn't resist the urge to pitch in

What an amazing and unique culinary experience. The chefs prepare a 5-course meal. For each course, they described the ingredients and magic they put into making it. The portions were perfect but be sure to come hungry. You sit in a u-shaped bar so that everyone can hear the information shared by the chefs. You must make reservations.

Went to the 1000 am seating at Reckless Breakfast. From the moment you walk in you are to feel like you are family. Chef Steve, Chef Jilly guide you through your five courses. They are only able to keep on track with the mother of the group Sarah. You get to see the group put your plate’s together, tell you where the food is sourced. Each course is a punch in the face and by the time the morning is done you need a dolly to carry you out. Every plate is thoughtfully made and you can taste it. My favorite brunch in Charleston hands down.
Dining at R Kitchen in West Ashley was more than just a meal, it was a true culinary experience. The chefs were not only incredibly talented but also entertaining and personable, making the evening feel like a private dinner party with friends. Each course was thoughtful, creative, and absolutely delicious...the kind of food that inspires you to rush home and start experimenting in your own kitchen. They were also wonderfully accommodating to preferences and dietary needs, adding to the personalized feel of the night. Highly recommend if you're looking for something unique, intimate, and unforgettable.
