Oyster Bar with consistently elevated food, superb staff and heart. Bravo! As a footnote, if ever there were an exquisite Gumbo it is yours...totally unexpected and seriously outstanding.
Food is on point and portions are appropriate. Entrees are quite expensive but normal for Charleston. We sat outside and that was the only low point-literally. The chairs are too low to the height of the table and are quite uncomfortable. But a very pleasant evening otherwise.
We were a party of four people and had an early reservation because we went to a football game. The restaurant is beautiful and thankfully, there is a lot of parking so it was easy to access the building. Our waiter was really great - very knowledgeable about the oysters, seafood, wines and other cocktails. The food was all delicious and nice sized portions.
