We had a fantastic dinner at Revival in Charleston. The food was creative, delicious, and beautifully presented. We started with the fig and prosciutto salad—light, flavorful, and perfectly balanced.
I had the Lowcountry seafood rice dish (Pirlou) with shrimp, crab, mussels, and lobster—rich and satisfying without being too heavy. My wife loved her seared Ōra King salmon over smoked crème fraîche—cooked to perfection.
The charred okra was a real standout—crispy, flavorful, and unlike any okra we’ve had before (in a good way!).
Our server Sara was excellent—friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The wine was great, and the whole evening felt relaxed and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in town.

This was a great find- we can’t believe that it has been open for 8 years and first time for us. Food was modernized take on very traditional Charleston dishes. Great wine list. Richard, Matt and Justin made our evening.

Had the pleasure of dining at this place as we were staying at the hotel but had a great time. The server and manager was super friendly and helpful so they get 5 stars!
I had the Lamb chops which weee good and cooked perfectly! Wish I had some mint jelly but they did not have any
We also got the Pirlou which is almost like a paella. It was ok but could have used allot more flavor. I would rate that 3 stars
The dragonfly spritzer cocktails were really good and refreshing. Worth ordering if you want something light and refreshing
The she crab soup was really good!
The sourdough bread was good and had a light grill on it.
As a whole the experience was good and everything seems to be fresh. Good spot to check out and the hotel attached is really cool and has a funky gallery!

I came here 4 years ago and ordered the filet. Then, for 4 years, I dreamed of the steak! It was that good. I came today to order the filet again, and it was just as good, maybe even better. My friend even said it was to die for at MW temp. Cheers!
