This is really 10 stars. From out of town and found this place through happenstance. OMG. Had the lox and bagel. Maybe one of the best meals I have ever had. Go there. Get the lox and bagels. And best of all...the lady who took our order was from Columbus, Ohio. GO BUCKS!!!

My favorite breakfast and coffee shop in the low country by far! Begonia has the best energy and is always so welcoming and kind. Caleigh is the best barista in Charleston, is so friendly and sweet. Emily is also an amazing barista and is always smiling. Besides having amazing food and coffee I love going to Rubys Bagels in west ashley to see these people!!

The owners robbbb you. It is extremely overpriced for the quality of service and food. The girl at the counter is never friendly and the BEC bagels are always made sloppy. I used to love this place but I cannot support a business that charges 30+ dollars for two BEC especially for what I get in return. I used to go to the MTP one and I feel like ever since they opened so many other locations, everything went downhill.

We had a bagel each. Toasted. One with butter One with cream cheese. Bagel wasn't warm enough to melt the butter. Tables were littered and sticky. Floor was greasy and in need of a good scrubbing.

The food was ok, but overpriced for what you get, the bagel wasn’t any better than one from the grocery store. The place was super quiet and a little awkward inside. Better off going somewhere else for lunch.
