Lacking number of servers, need a dedicated bartender and hostess. Waitress didn’t come back to fill water, ask if everything okay, would I like another drink, then had to get up as leaving to finally get the bill. Not her fault as they were very shorthanded.

I come often to ruby sunshine but today was my last time. I ordered food pickup for the first time and the experience picking it up has changed my entire outlook on the restaurant. I came to the bar with my two kids to pick up my food. There was a white male bartender there, he looked at me and didn't acknowledge me at all, finished helping a white male customer, looked at me again and went and stood at the computer as me and my kids waited patiently. A white lady worker then came up, asked another man if he was being helped, looked at me with no acknowledgement. Waited and then went to the man at the computer. they talked for 3-4 minutes still with no acknowledgment of me. I then stopped the door hostess after she seated someone and told her that the other 2 acted as if they didn't see me and asked if she could please look for my order. She grabbed it and walked right back over to me and we left. This was really heartbreaking . No more ruby sunshine for me and my 20 odd friends or so I have referred.

I was expecting like, 4 shrimps in their shrimp & grits (which is typical in my neck of the woods), but I got almost double that, which was a great surprise! Everything was good.

I think this place is ok I will try again. The shrimp and grits had way too much gravy it was almost like having gravy and grits. Our server Danny was awesome she did remove the shrimp and grits off our bill.

Omgness let’s start with the staff!! By far the best customer service I’ve ever gotten.. The food was amazing.. I had never had grits before and they brought me some to try ( and I loved them) 10/10 . This Alaskan girl will most definitely make a trip just to come back here ..
Great brunch spot. Been here a few times now enjoyed it ever time. Great menu, great food, great service. Highly recommend. Oh and great gluten free menu available.

Omgg!!! I have been to several small and big restaurants and tried fried chicken, but always been very similar. Not here they add a little more flavor. This place is definitely a must try. For every single human, non human, what ever the hell you are. Drive 🚗, ride a🚢 boat or your space 🚀 ship. How ever you decide to just hop in and drive down to Ruby Sunshine!!!!! Must try their sweet heat fried chicken I swear it has Crack!!!!! Yummm it's deliciously addictive! Look for Danielle (#1 Server!!)
