After this visit I understand why this chains other local locations have gone out of business. It should have been a clue to just turn around and leave when there was no employee to be seen anywhere in the restaurant even after waiting 5 minutes to be seated. We finally just seated ourselves in a section where there was a very old couple already seated. When the server finally arrived she apologized for the wait saying she was the only server working. Again a red flag ignored. We asked about the website advertised daily $9.99 specials, 2 of us ordered the Ruby's cheeseburger from the $9.99 choice - when the bill arrived, was charged the full price of $12.99? Once the food finally arrived, the only thing on the cheeseburger was lettuce? Asked for some pickles, the server return and stated 'there are no pickles in the building'? When I lifted off the bun top, the cheese was totally burnt, had request it be cooked as medium but it was pretty much well done, but the burger itself was bearly warm. I asked the two others with me if their food was hot and both said their sandwiches were bearly warm. These 2 ordered baked potatoes with butter & sour cream - butter was frozen and was told 'we don't serve sour cream'. The potatoes were not even hot enough to melt the butter. The server was nice, but when we stated the issues with the food she offered to have the manager over and we said ok, she gave us the checks. We waited 10 minutes for the manager who was busy waiting and bussing another table. When he walked by we stopped him and explained the issues, he said ok and simply walked on... The server cashed out our checks and returned with the change with no mention or correction of the issues. On our way out, we stopped 2 different car loads of folks and let them know there were negative issues and they left to find elsewhere to dine.

We had a large party gathering and the food was great. It was hot and very much on time. Tge wait was not long at all. I waitress was very nice and got all our orders correct. I really appreciated the service and location they seated us in. Thank you for your service.

First and foremost SHOUT OUT TO SHANICE! This waitress is phenomenal and outgoing for all Ruby Tuesday customers, as for all other employees we were ignored 2 nights in a row,walked out the first night after waiting in the foyer for 20 minuted second visit was 15 minutes for two waters I ordered, salad bar was untreated for several hours wilted lettuce just overall for lack of better words horrible service but Shanice came to my table (which was not her table) to assure we left satisfied nothing else to say.

I ordered for delivery through Ruby Tuesday's website, they were running a promotion however at check out I was charged the original price. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager Mark who basically told me he couldn't fix it and didn't offer any other solution. I ordered at 6:15pm at 7:28pm the tracker stated I wouldn't receive the order until 8:02pm. So I called back and requested the food to be remade because it had been sitting for just about 2hrs. The food arrived barely warm and the fries were cold. Totally poor experience with nothing being done to correct the dissatisfaction.

Freindly staff descent food. Slow service, the place seemed empty. We visited on a Thursday so maybe just because it was the middle of the week.
