Me and my family went here for dinner one night took us 15 minutes to even be seated no workers could be seen anywhere and then when we finally seated they siad they would be back for are drink order and more silverware for us they never came back for any of that so me and my family just got up and left unless all this changes i dont recommend this restaurant to anyone that lives around here

I can't rate the food because my family and I waited 15 minutes before a host even came to the stand. I walked around the restaurant and I couldn't even find an employee. Once the host/server sat us at an unsanitized table. He left and we waited another 15 mi uses without even being asked what our drinks were. I'm a great tipper and there was 4 of us in a nearly empty restaurant at 820 pm. We were forced to leave and goto another local restaurant where we were seated immediately even though they had more patrons here. I love Ruby Teusday but I won't be revisiting this particular location.

I visited 2 years ago during lunch... waited 15 minutes at the hostess stand... never acknowledged. Tonight, I came back with my family. After 2 minutes, we were seated, without menus. After waiting for about 15 minutes at our table, we decided to leave. It's fine if you're short staffed... but you need to acknowledge your tables even if you just say I'll be there in a bit. I have always enjoyed Ruby Tuesdays, but not this one. I hope management looks into training the associates and I hope corporate looks into training management.
Stopped for some bloody marys and apps...all good!

I will say the service in terms of speed was super slow and the food was subpar. Salad bar was well stocked though. The restaurant was short staffed and the entire experience took over 2 hours. Despite that, I came on here to write a review to praise our server and the absolute Lone Ranger of the entire restaurant— Sam. This man absolutely did his best in trying to serve us and help everyone else in the restaurant. It did take a while for us to be seated, to get our food, and to pay our check, but he tried and he was so nice and apologetic the entire time that it is hard to fault him. HOWEVER, I will say that the rest of the staff in the restaurant was lacking and did not seem to care that other people needed help. I’m not one to come on here and absolutely bash an establishment but something has got to give. I mainly wanted to come and sing praises for the one staff member who was truly working hard and was beyond more pleasant and helpful than most workers in his situation would be. So, thank you, Sam!

If it wasn’t for the gentleman talking care of us my whole party would have left. Apparently time is something not worried about. Sam seemed to be the only one working! He hosted, he was the waiter (for multiple tables), and he was the bus also… as long as it took for the food to cook he might have had to do that as well. THAT MAN DESERVES A RAISE!!! Couldn’t get in touch with GM though.
