Place was tiny. Staff was pleasant. Garlic did not taste fresh. The cheese cake is from Sam's. The marinara was watery. The ranch was not made in house. The dough for the pizza is made in house. The white pizza had no flavor.

Working in Charleston we stumbled on this little gem, started eating lunch here 3 to 4 days out of the week for months. Great prices, Amazing pizza , some of the best pizza I have ever had . Not only just my opinion but our whole crew. . So good I've been thinking about it for years later. My favorite pizza place ever.

Ok NY pizza “by the slice” in SC that is better than most. However, it was EXTREMELY oily, unable to fold like real NY pizza it was just too thin and the cheese & sauce slid off right into my lap, literally ruining new pants. Probably better fresh vs reheated. Sauce was decent and nice large slices. Prices very high. 4 cheese slices (2 regular & 2 Sicilian) more than entire pie in NY. Prices did not match printed menu just chalk board. Almost $5 a slice vs great pizzeria in NY at $2.75 a slice (currently on their website). That’s hard to swallow :)

Very tough to park, minimal seating…kinda best to get & go! Better than most SC pizzerias and happy to find a place that smart enough to sell pizza by the slice!!

We will give it a 2nd try in all fairness.

THE PEOPLE IN HERE ARE SO SWEET. GENUINELY, THE CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES ARE ALL THE SWEETEST PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY FOR A NEW YORK STYLE PIZZERIA ‼️‼️
I got a pepperoni slice, pinwheel, and a garlic knot, and they were so good.
Very large pizza, my hand is even in the photo for reference lmao.

food burned. horrific service with bad attitudes. no parking at all. no bathrooms. smoke-filled place. commented on a post of theirs and this was how they replied. zero accountability and customer shaming. sir/mam, whoever you are. if you been doing this for many years, then that gives even less of an excuse to provide such poor quality food and service. you claim the locals know about you. I've been here for years and never heard your name ever mentioned once in any pizza recommendation post. Actually, never heard of you at all. EVER! Now I know why. And by the way, those paper thin slices you sell for $11 or 2 is laughable. In NYC they sold $1 slices heftier than that. One last thing. your sign on the outside states one price for your "SPECIAL" and the sign on the inside is a different price. Clearly you lack consistency and integrity with everything across the board.

A Complete Waste of Time — and Gas

I drove 30 minutes out of my way to try this place, and I regret every second of it. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a display of old, dried-out pizza — one slice literally blackened to a crisp. The other options didn’t look much better: dull, unappetizing, and far from fresh.

Since I had already made the drive, I settled for garlic knots. I asked the girl behind the counter if I could see how big they were, and she lazily pointed to a bowl above the counter. When I politely asked again to see them at eye level, she rolled her eyes and turned around with an irritated face like I had just asked her to solve world peace. Zero professionalism.

My mother ordered a slice — and it was so burnt on the bottom it was barely edible. Not only was the food a disaster, but the service somehow managed to be worse. No smiles, no welcome, no sense of customer care. Just a staff standing around looking like smiling might be against their religion.

The restaurant itself is a cramped, smoky mess. The smell of burnt food filled the air, there was no restroom, no parking, and no reason anyone should willingly subject themselves to the experience. It was uncomfortable, unwelcoming, and downright depressing.

I wouldn't recommend this place to a single soul. Bad food and bad service is a toxic combo — and they’ve nailed both. A truly forgettable experience, except for how memorably awful it was.

This is a little hole in the wall. A few tables outside. We tried several different slices. Flavor was a 10. Not very hot because they were slices and just reheated. If we had ordered a whole pie, probably would have been nice and hot. They sell out of certain types, but still plenty to choose from. Ranks pretty high up there on our scale and we will be back when we are in town.

Best pizza in Charleston. Not even a question... There are 0 complaints about anything I ever get here. This specialty slice was out of this world and I literally don't like thicker pizzas.

Got a Meat Pizza slice. A little on the expensive side, about $7 for a slice. Not bad but a little too much pizza grease when it flops. Good service though, quick and easy if u want a fast bite.
