Being a small town gal now at MUSC, this place has been a slice of home during med school. Great atmosphere, even better staff. Cheap beer and incredibly kind owner(with an amazing memory. Haven't been in about a year and he recognized me immediately) which is very rare in Charleston. Much love to the staff for always being so lovely!
My dad and I had a pit stop in Charleston and stopped in for a drink. Unfortunately for us, it was just at closing time (10! Not 10:30 as written). We had just enough time for one round but the place was still lively. Our bartender, Shawn (Sean?) was such a wonderful guy and made us feel so welcome despite it being last call. A true locals dive in the best sense of the word.
Service was great has a downstairs area with a great deck and nice view. Staying 7 minutes away and to go food was cold and I didn't get mayo. Despite that would still recommend.
