Our positive impression of Elizabeth and her team began a year ago when we first started communicating with her and did a tasting. She was very welcoming, had a great spread of different items for us to try, and answered all of our questions. She had me and my partner very excited to have Semilla at our wedding and we were bragging about the tacos and green chili mac and cheese all year until the actual event. At the wedding, her team was able to serve all of our guests very quickly and afterwards, we heard nothing but good things about the food. The biggest hit for our family and friends was the brussels sprouts taco and the green chili mac and cheese. Overall I greatly enjoyed working with Elizabeth, she was very communicative and always great about getting back to me quickly. I could not recommend Seed Catering enough for your event.

If I was forced to re-plan my wedding, I would make sure to make Seed Catering a part of it. The service was fast - there was no lull in festivities since guests only had to wait a few minutes for food. The food itself was delicious and filling.If you're going for a less stuffy catering solution, I can't recommend them enough. Multiple guests commented on how lovely the arrangement was as well!

Not only was the food delicious, but their service was phenomenal - from the communication before the wedding to the day of, I couldn't have asked for a better caterer. We had a charcuterie board, salmon, brisket, green chile mac n cheese, and brussel sprouts catered......and both my husband and I got nothing but positive feedback for the food (even the picky eaters loved it)!

We had decided a long time before we wanted Semilla as one of the food truck for our reception, and they were super responsive and helpful from the beginning! After all of our cancellations Jill and Elizabeth were AMAZING at keeping in touch with me and updating our contract. They were so sensitive to what was going on and it was honestly some of the BEST customer service I’ve ever received. And then they showed up..and the food was OUT OF THIS WORLD! People are STILL talking about how great the tacos were! And having a food truck was so much fun! They came right to our house and set up and broke down so easily it was a dream. I’m telling you, you will NOT be disappointed if you use Semilla for any catering needs! I honestly can’t have imagined anything better than tacos for my wedding, and the Semilla team made my taco dreams come true!
